When I started looking for a new job three years ago, a friend with a high-level marketing job told me to apply to Frankel. She said the best temps she'd worked with always came from there. I went in, took the tests and had an interview. I already had a retail job so I told Frankel I could not accept any assignments that were not temp-to-hire or at least long-term. I also had fairly specific requirements as to the types of admin jobs I was looking for. It took about ten months before I was offered and accepted a temp-to-hire position. (I'd interviewed for several other jobs along the way but they selected other candidates.) The "temp" part worked out for me but not the "hire" part. It was too bad but sometimes things aren't the right fit, and in retrospect I'm glad I didn't get hired at that company--too much drama.Three months later, while I was mounting my own job search, Frankel called me with a long-term temp position at a finance company--one I NEVER would have found on my own. I interviewed, was offered the job and accepted. After eight months as a temp the company hired me and I've been there for an additional two years. It is a wonderful place to work, and again, I know I totally owe Frankel for getting me in there.If you don't treat Frankel as your only option and you aren't in a hurry to find a temp-to-hire position right away, they could be a great fit for you. I worked with four different recruiters while interviewing for various jobs and they were ALL responsive and straightforward. I highly recommend Frankel Staffing.
Never did anything for me. I have a college degree and a very diverse resume with in-demand skills. Don't waste your time with this place
Avoid like the plague. Frankel claims to be willing to help you find a position matching your skill set, however all you are likely to get are a bunch of emails that say:Thank you for writing. While your credentials are impressive they will not work for this particular position. The client has several candidates whose most recent roles are almost identical to the position here and will likely go in that direction. I would be happy to hold onto your information and keep you posted as other suitable positions develop. I appreciate your interest.Copy pasted listless responses that do nothing but show disrespect and detachment. I interviewed with Frankel to do a skills inventory and have tried to find a job through them for the better part of half a year. I have NEVER received a callback, NEVER received an email that was not the above mentioned, and NEVER received any support via phone or email. I called them to ask if I was doing something wrong and it basically came down to, "We don't need you." Unless your credentials EXACTLY match their requirements, don't bother, they won't help you. Even if they DO exactly match, as mine have in the past, you will still likely get that same email over and over again. Frankel has shown nothing but disrespect and disregard for my time.
Thoroughly Unimpressed: Called Frankel Staffing while visiting Raleigh to research the area and the job market for possible relocation. Representative who spoke with me was very complacent and seemed unknowledgeable (she sounded like a "kid"). Her answer to every one of my questions about job opportunities, area employers, pay rates, etc. was, "it varies". She showed no interest in making an appointment with me to come into the office. I would assume this is indicative of the services this firm provides - non-proactive.
A great company to do business with. I have been known this business for more than 5 years and will continue to do so. I recommend this business to everyone.
I have wasted my time applying with Frankel Staffing. I submitted my resume, filled out all the paperwork, and completed all the testing. At this point I have heard nothing regarding any positions (even though I was presented with a few options) Samantha is the recruiter I've been in touch with since day one, but I feel no efforts have been made on her behalf. Honestly, I would have preferred she just tell me that she can't help me for whatever reason, then to say she will submit my information, and I hear nothing in return. Now I see why some people say staffing companies aren't aways the way to go. I explained to Samantha I wouldn't waste her time so please don't waste mine. That part went unnoticed.
BBB needs to take action against shady,scam urban model Ms IQ The Model.She stole my 100,violated contract not modeling XS Energy Drinks.I paid for her shirt,sample and agent Justin Wright avoided calls from my agent Derek Porter.She needs to be exposed as bad buisnesswoman.
I have to agree with the previous reviewer. They seem to be interested in your business, up until they have your money, then things change quickly. If you are looking for a real partner in digitally marketing your company this is not the place to go. Communication is poor at best and the service the provide is worse. Luckily there are many other companies out there that do a terrific job - steer clear of this one. Recently learned that Randy Goins has a bad reputation within the industry and many others have heard of his less then professional dealings with clients.
