They're taking advantage of individuals w/ mental health. Staff takes money from clients. Staff write fake notes on the progress of the individuals attending the program. They do not take clients on the proper outings. On several occasions staff would just disappear leaving un-experience staff alone on the floor w/ the clients. If you have a child or live with an adult that needs assistance, do not put them in this program.
He was an arrogant jerk! He was an arrogant jerk! He spent the whole time talking and lecturing me. I told him I had no insurance and not much money. I wasted $240 on this jerk. Everytime I tried to say something, he ignored me or gave me any icy look. He didn't hear anything I said. He insulted me, bored me, made me mad as fire, took my money with no thought of how bad he upset me, and went on with his life. I wish I could get my money back, but they won't respond to my calls.
Carolina Performance is a scam. The fake doctor scam you need to be aware of- and Dr. William Matthews at Carolina Performance is part of this ALERT - physician scam. Check out for yourself, try to find his licence number-. I paid for an expensive intake, and he could not write a prescription, nor could he call it into CVS Pharmacy. Why? Because he wasn't a real doctor. I also needed him to fax a referral to another doctor in California, and after a week, he was still not able to fax my request. Why? Because he didn't want to reveal that he was bogus. Do not use ANY "doctor" at Carolina Performance.

Doctor used to be nice when she had the smaller office, now it's all chrome and glass and looks classy, but she now doesn't seem to care about you anymore. So dissapointing.
