Service dept. THEY ARE CROOKS and they don't care about their customers.My husband thought he needed tire rotation and wheel balanced. He came in with 59.99 coupon on top of 6.7% taxes they charge shop fees. which was the paper they put on your car floors. $20.00 total paid 85.00 I believe the car needs an alignment they would not put the money towards that. He paid for something he didn't need and he decides because of them he doesn't want his Chevy any longer and is selling it. They didn't feel bad or had any remorse after knowing themselves that's not the problem he was trying to handle to begin with. No discount nothing I'm sorry to ever do business with them. They do not value their customers . They don't deserve the ONE RATING STAR BUT YOU HAVE TO PUT THAT AT LEAST!!!!
Extremely poor work ethic and professionalism. I purchased a vehicle from this dealership and after weeks of waiting for my license plate from the DMV I got a bit nervous about receiving it before the temporary tag expired. The DMV informed me that no information on the vehicle had been submitted to them and to contact the dealership where I purchased the vehicle. I called Westgate and spoke to the Title clerk. She informed me that she had not submitted for my tag and then sent me to their finance department. Finally I found out that they never did anything with my paperwork because there was a $110 balance. Naturally I wondered when were they going to call me or notify me in some way. It's been over 3 weeks, one would think someone would have picked up the phone and called the customer. What would have happened if I didn't inquire? I brought a check for over $30,000 to them to purchase a vehicle all cash but because of their negligence the tags are expiring and I cannot drive the car. Can you imagine the frustration... One would think that a car dealership would have some level of competency in communicating with customers. I guess once they 'close the deal' they couldn't care less what happens to the customer.
I purchased a pre-owned 2011 Hyundai Elentra from Southern States Hyundai and from sending me home without a spare tire to attempting to extort me at every turn my experience has been nothing short of nightmarish. The car I was sold has illegally dark window tint so that every inspection they can fail me and try to make me pay for tint removal. I am currently struggling with them for the third time to resolve this same issue without any real extension of goodwill on their part. It boggles my mind that a business can participate in such outwardly shady practices and remain operational.
Scheduled appt for inspection, check brakes for issue, and engine light on. Dropped car off Wed pm for service. They phoned Thurs said it was the rotors on brakes and shaved them and engine light was a timing chain...it will be $1200 + and car will be ready by Monday. I myself am in business and use this car as my business car. I said fine if you can have it back to me by Mon am. They called Sat & said car ready. I picked car up & paid the $1200 +; drove out of their driveway and got to the next light on Glenwood..in middle lane during rush our the car stopped working. I called them and asked them to send a tow truck & they replied they didn't have one but provided a name of a towing co. My car was towed back to them & they were kind enough to provide a loaner car...but all my tools for my business were in my car. So later they call & tell me that a sensor was bad & it would be another $300+ to fix & it wouldn't be ready until Wed. Wed they call and tell me it's ready & I go pick it up. They wanted me to pay $60 for the tow truck saying it had nothing to do with what they did...I argued the point that I brought the car in asking that it be checked out & I would accept it if it weren't the fact that I didn't hardly even get out of their drive way before it stopped working....so I got them to remove the tow truck charge. I drove the car a couple of places mind you stopping here & stopped there on my way home within 2 hours of picking car up the engine light comes back on....plus while driving it noticing my back end is making some noise which sounds like my back brakes. So I call and say "my engine light is on". The guy says Yeah ok just stopped by when you can and we will check it out....unbelievable. $1500 + later, brakes in back end still have some type of issue and engine light is still on. What happened to good business practices. DON'T GO THERE THEY DONT PROVIDE GOOD SERVICE NOR BACK IT!!!
I wanted to find the perfect car for my adult son. His beloved Honda CR-V (midnight blue) was totalled by a driver making an illegal turn who apparently didn't see him. I was looking for the same car in a light color so he could easily be seen. I saw online, Triangle Motorsports had the perfect car, an Alabaster (light) Silver 2011 CR-V. The price was $3,000 less than another CR-V I was going to see next after Triangle Motorsports, with same trim, etc.As I pulled up into the lot with my son, Erwytt was waiting there with the keys ready. I inspected the car, and it was pristine, with luxury upgrades (leather seats, seat warmers, separate left & right climate control, moon roof, navigation, rear camera, etc.), ALL for about the Same Price I had gotten for my son's 1-year-older totalled 2010 base-trim Honda CR-V. I couldn't believe my luck.The test drive was marvelous. The car is quite luxurious inside & out. Every car on Erwytt's lot was in beautiful condition. He obviously takes care to have an outstanding collection of cars in amazing condition. Everyone can find something in their price range, from a bright red Porche I saw, to some of the relatively modest cars.Erwytt was very low-key during the sales, and made me feel very comfortable, not pressed to buy something I didn't want. This was the best experience I've had at any car lot, from California to Raleigh, NC. I feel very proud we have this car, and to say I'm a content customer is an understatement. You really have to give his lot a try, and see for yourself, the wonderful inventory!- Susan Cusson
I purchased the 2011 Honda CR-V that Triangle Motorsports recently listed, earlier this month (Feb. 2017), and I couldn't be happier with both the car, and their service.I worked with Erwytt, the soon-to-be owner, and current salesman. I will say that I walked into his dealership angry, from a mess-up at ANOTHER totally different car dealership I had first tried to buy a car from, because that OTHER dealership had done a bait-and-switch.So I wasn't in the best of moods. Erwytt was very professional, and NOT PUSHY, and took time to show me how the car radio, climate, and navigation works. Also, I have trust issues - so, even after Erwytt re-assured me that he had his CR-V totally checked out and no problems (all systems- drive train, etc), I still INSISTED that I take it by the Leith Honda dealership for the dealership's Pre-Purchase All-Points Inspection. SURE ENOUGH, all systems were in great order.I love my new 2011 CR-V, the PRICE was UN-BEATABLE, and I would recommend Triangle Motorsports to anyone. My car, and others in the lot, were pristine clean (even my older 2011). It's a small lot, but great, clean choices, and the Best Car Buying experience I've had.
I brought my '09 Fusion in for an oil change and tire rotation yesterday, and I must say that the people in service are super nice and very accommodating! I came in and gave my keys to a very polite man up front, then took a seat in the waiting room. As I sat down, I noticed that they had cookies, popcorn, soda, and water in the waiting room. So, I grabbed me a cookie and some water and waited patiently for my car to be done. About 50 minutes later the same young man brought me back my keys and I checked out. I was very pleased with how fast I was out and how well I was treated. I will be back for my next service!
I received great customer service and professionalism with salesman Stephen Jenkins, as well as the supervisor, Brian.I was out of town when I had to find a car for our daughter in our local area.I found several cars on-line via the homepage and coordinated a test drive for my daughter with Stephen.I was working with several dealerships to work within our budget and find the best used car to fit our needs.Stephen worked diligently with me, along with Brian, to get the car we were interested in purchasing and staying as close to our budget as possible.Stephen also offered other cars to explore that would fit our needs and offered to add the back-up camera to one of the other similar cars, as I expressed it was a safety feature I liked in the car I was most interested in.They were genuinely interested in gaining a new satisfied customer.Needless to say, they succeeded. I recommend asking for Stephen, when looking for vehicle. He is not only professional but a nice gentleman!
