Gregory Bretz - the worst manager ever at this store. Also their sales rep, Malcom S. was one of the worst reps ever. He set up an account for my 17 year old son and that's illegal. Businesses cannot set up agreements to take money out of a minor's account monthly. Also, we had just bought the phone from a pawn shop and went to Cricket to get service. After we paid for the service Malcolm tried the sim card in the phone and it did not work. We went back to the pawn shop to see if they could unlock the phone and they told me to go to the sprint store. At the Sprint store we were told that the phone was still under lease and return it to the pawn shop. No problem getting our money back for the phone from the pawn shop, but Malcolm and Gregory were a different story. I told them I could not use that phone and wanted my money back and cancel service - after all we had it only for one hour. They refused saying once you've paid that's it. I left and called cricket customer service and they told me that they do have same day refunds for situations like this. I went back to the store and was again rudely told no, they will not refund the 66.82 my son paid. Again, let me tell you they set up an account with a MINOR. That's not legal. I hope I can spare someone the pain of going to this location. Awful people, ripoffs are what they are!

Today I received the worst customer service from this location listed above. A manager by the name of Ryan talked to me in the most discussing way. I called for a follow-up in which I should have not had to do and once I explained my situation Ryan whos name I did not know at the time gave me a mouth full. Very disrespectful. I will never step recommend nor step foot back into this business. After sharing my concerns and frustrations with the owner Mr. Randy he heard me out and apologized. Thank you again Mr. Randy for listening. I'm praying for Ryan.
DO NOT go to this store BAD people, worst customer service, bunch of lazy mexicans running the store. these fat rude women (especially ugly ass. manager) should be cleaning hotels and restaurants toilets NOT being cashier at the store. thank god for the new immigration law. GO BACK WHERE YOU CAME FROM. because of you damn people this county is messed up.
I compared phones on line and called 800# to order. I was extremely pleased with service as the rep did not try to up sale me, answered all my questions and listened to my needs. He told me to give the store two hours to pull my order. I gave them 3 1/2. Was promptly greeted at door by a young man with a tablet. "Yes he had my order, the manager would check it and bring it out in a few minutes." I waited 25 minutes before asking why was it taking so long: I was just doing Pick up, no in store activation. I was told I should be able to walk in and pick it up. A different you've man said the phone was not there yet. I advised the person on the phone said the inventory showed they had the phone. Was it in an off-white warehouse, were we waiting on UPS: I did not understand. He then said the phone was in the store but they had not received my order yet. Why was the first person able to see the order if it had not yet transferred? Why did he say his manager would be right out with it? I was told the phone salesman and the first store greeter misconveyed information and I should have been told to wait for a text to say the phone was ready. 1 1\\2 hrs later (5 1\\2 hrs after I ordered the phone; two hours after I arrived at the store, I got a text. I am left to wonder if I received this treatment because I did not walk in and order from an in-store salesperson. Whatever the reason, I am disappointed in Verizon. A company with mass technology should it to increase service.
This company is a Joke! Was charged $100 (double what legit companies charge) to unlock a phone, the job wasn't even done correctly and turned around and had to pay another $75 to have them do it right again. Paid for merchandise that "never came in". The guy running the store "Eric" wrote an absurd comment on the receipt (which he tried to keep) saying "punto Latino". I would never recommend anyone to waste their money at such a shady establishment. And proper agencies have been contacted.
I would recommend you either finding another Sprint store or another carrier... These people are the worst ever. After not helping my wife because the account was not in her name, evev though she had all of the required information (like the PIN number and other information), when she called me, I asked to speak with the manager. She also said that she couldn't help my wife, then, as I became frustrated, she HUNG UP on me!!! If I had someone working for me, that treated customers like this, they would be out of a job! DO NOT go to these people, you will not get any help, and TERRIBLE service!
GREAT Store! I went to the store very uncertain on what service plans to get. With the great customer service I was able to the help needed. I suggest sprint to Everyone.
This store was very helpful in explaining the plans, the phones, and they even helped me find some accessories. I had a Note II and was sure I wanted the Note 3 but then I saw the S5 and this store really helped me make an informed choice, they know their phones and speak to you with ease. Even when I went back to add my sister and they were very busy they gave me a wait time and checked back with me! An amazing store with amazing new people!
This business is absolutely fabulous! The owner is a wealth of knowledge when it come to phone technology and service plans. I got my phone service from him and eventually came back the second time to activate a new phone with him. Great guy and it is great to deal with someone that knows what they are talking about and not reading you the talking points from a script. Keep up the great work Felix!
Don't use this place for anything. They messed up my phone, when I took it back and spoke with the owner all he told me was that the employee that helped me doesn't work there anymore. Would not help me past that.
