I went to Wendy's today for lunch.I order the 4 for 4 .My fries was cold. I had to ask for some hot fries, When I got to the office which was about 3 mins down the street. I went to bit my hamburger it was ice cold along my nuggets. The only thing that was correct was my drink. It was cold like it was surppose to have been.
I went to Wendy's driver thru on September 19, 2016 with a bad experience. I ordered a value fry, small chili with cheese, and a small strawberry lemonaide. Once I received my order the fries tasted cold and stale. I informed the lady that was working the window that I needed a fresh hot order of fries in which she did give me. I then got back to my office which is not very far from Wendy's and realized that there was no cheese in my chili. I also did not have any crackers nor a spoon to each my chili with. I hope that they do some extensive training for their employee's that is working the window.
do NOT go during busy hours!!I made the mistake of going to this location at 7:30 on a Thursday night and got trapped in the drive thru line (because of the poor location planning). You'd understand if you've ever been. When we finally got to ordering for 4 people the lady acted like she understood our order, however when we got our food 2 whole meals were missing/incorrect. I was also a bit irritated at the tow truck trying to get someone out of a parking space, which blocked the entire entrance (not cookouts fault but still made the experience a bad one). next time you get that cookout craving be sure it's not busy or rush hour!
It was good but it was not what I order and not what I WANTED. I ordered your new coffee /frappucinno blizzard and got some sorta frozenish coffee drink w/fudge running thru it. I had my sister bring me by after church b/c I can't drive right now and by time I started to eat it we were to far away to go back b/c she had plans. I really Don't understand it b/c I even describe what I wanted. But I guess I should have known something by the length of time it took them to make it and it didn't't come w/a spoon. But how was I to know for sure ?
I used to log Chickfila, mainly for their customer service not the food. I go at least once a week. I don't know what's going on lately but 75% of the time they get my order wrong. It's sad because they use to be really on top of it.

I purchased a country ham biscuit from the drive-through at this Bojangles. When I arrived at my location I found that I had a biscuit with a piece of ham that was as hard as a rock, thin as paper, and died up. Looked like it been sitting our and cooking all day. Wouldn't recommend this store!!!
They are not ready to serve customers at 6:15am two days in a row I left with no food due to the Poor service in drive thru3 mornings ago ordered a large coffee and they wanted to give me a small that would have been too much sugar, so I left after paying without coffee.2 mornings ago tried to order egg mcmuffin and coffee and they did not understand my order?This morning tried to order food and coffee again but after being asked what i wanted they put me on hold so I left after waiting awhileI go to McDonald's for quick service and this has not been happeningSheetz is across the street and will get my business from now on (they get it right)
This is the shadiest Subway I have ever been in. First thing I noticed that was really odd was how a lot of the ingredients were conveniently hidden. Want mozzarella cheese? When you ask for it, they pull it out from a cabinet hidden under the counter. Want different dressings/sauces? They had 4 out and when I asked for Ranch, it was again pulled out from a separate area out of view. Then when I went to checkout, I clearly stated that my order was to go. They charged me tax, and the receipt said (Eat in). I did not feel like arguing with the workers, who 2/3 didn't seem to speak much English. I will never return to this Subway again. There are other Subway options in the near vicinity.
