Cheaters and liars .. Very friendly, nice, open, quick replies when trying to get you in the door, but once you are a broker with them and paid them hefty dollars, they turn opposite to real liars, no responses, cheaters.
Real slumlords wont fix properties or charges for work that they do do. Uses intemanation and uses thretes of puting you out if you keep asking for repairs.
We have referred several of our friends and co-workers to him. He is a great Realtor and we have no hesitation in recommending him!
I was extremely pleased with the work that my agent did. He was so reliable throughout the entire process. I sure hope I won't be moving soon, but if I had to I know I would work with Phillip Johnson again.
This is probably the worst property management company I have ever encountered. They do not handle any tenant requests. 6 months and they haven't solved issues that were discussed before I moved in. They will promise the moon and ignore you until you annoy them into giving you another deadline that they will miss. I wouldn't rent from these people if they offered the same square footage for half the price as a competitor. Do yourself a favor and don't sign a lease with them.
Dan was a huge help in finding us a wonderful home. He was an expert at selling our home and finding us the right home in our price range.
Do yourself a favor - find someone less busy, more considerate and more professional. It's nothing personal - she is a paid professional - which is why you should find someone else to hire. Angela Drum takes the cake - it was bad. Over the years, I've been involved with realtors and made a few real estate transactions. For me, watching and witnessing what this woman's business and process did to my dear friends throughout their transaction was heart wrenching. It did not have to be that way. I call it like it is - she was the worst communicator ever. Her business process is borderline rude- She disappears/is unreachable regularly for full days, gets openly upset and withdraws for anything outside of 'her ordinary', returns calls days later - often via text, answering only select questions she feels like addressing. That's just not professional behavior. Your realtor is key. Buying or selling a home is a big deal for non professionals like us. I've come away happy a few times and know the realtor is the most important part. I can vouch that Angela has made this process stressful and been unprofessional as described.
Phillip proved to be very knowledgeable about all the aspects of home construction and neighborhoods, and shared his knowledge generously.
Jaclyn Barker with List Assist Realty was such a God send while we sold our house, and bought a new one. Throughout every step of the way, Jacyln was responsive with both us and the other parties involved. She has a really strong understanding of her profession, and has an awesome intuition when it comes to buying and selling houses. I felt comfortable at all times with Jaclyn. We were unfortunate in the sense that we encountered a few problems during the process of selling our house. None of it was our fault, and while frustrating, we were so thankful to have Jaclyn right there helping us through the paperwork, negotiations, and regulations; she had just the right amount of comfort, professionalism, and assertion. She got us through it, just as she had promised, and made sure we understood what was going on every step of the way. Evan after we were in our new house, she took the time to iron out a detail with our home warranty! You are not a dollar amount to her, and she will work hard to make sure you get the best deal with the best terms, and that you are happy! The absolute best thing about Jaclyn is that she is driven to do an excellent job for each and every one of her clients. I can not recommend her enough.
List Assist Realty has local agents who are knowledgeable of the marketplace. I felt very confident listing my home with them and they made the process very smooth. Thank you Danielle and Jaclyn!
