The most horrible experience...moving, I thought I would see how this place was...OMG...the "being robbed" reviews were an understatement...they wanted to give me nothing for all of my apple products, electronics and gaming systems...after I removed my Wii and apple stuff they wanted to give me $20...I mentioned the poor reviews to the "acting manager" Justin...he was ridiculous! He got offended that I said they don't have a great reputation and he said "I'm sorry you feel robbed"...which is funny because those were his words not mine...then when I stressed those are people's reviews, I had never been here, he told me he didn't want any of my stuff...I fell out laughing at him and he walked away! I would rather give stuff away then to be "robbed", disrespected and treated poorly by this awful company TRADE IT...not only will I never recommend this place, I'm gonna make it a point to make sure people do NOT SELL OR BUY from this crooked place!!!!!

the store is overall a nice place, its a little cluttered which makes it seem a l little messy, so once you go inside you kind of get the urge to hurry and find what your looking for so that you can get out quicker. but you know, the longer the customer stays the more chance they will spend more money. on the other hand the staff is always pleasant and eager to help.
I really liked the general manager he seemed to be very bright and cheery throughout the whole sell and he interacted with the customers. He was very kind to everyone and handled situation that arose very appropriately.
It is the worst and stupidest customer service I ever saw. Here is my experience with Trade It. I bought two items (laptop and camera) a month ago. I put the camera and the laptop in my home for two weeks hoping that I will send it to my distant relative. I don't know whether it is good luck or bad, but on the 14th day I watched video steaming on the laptop and the laptop screen went black/froze. After that I went back to the store to return the item and get refund. I told them I didn't do anything on the computer except watching video stream. But what they told me is that they don't return item (I were promised when I bought the item). They told me that they can only fix the issue after checking whether it is caused by me or by them. Even if I didn't agree with this idea I left them to check and fix the issue. What is more disappointing is I have to visit the store 4 consecutive weeks to get my item back. Not only that when I got the item some of the cover is lost and I have to wait additional one week. Who knows may be another 4 weeks? So here is my advice: Unless you are planning to gamble with your money don't buy any item from Trade It. They will tell you that they will return item if it has some defect. But they don't. Or buy the item and check immediately and return it within one day. At least you can resell the item for less than the amount you bought. But I can assure you that once you buy item no guarantee they you will get refund if the item has some defect. If it has you have to wait may be more than 5 weeks to get it back.
One minute on the phone with this lady and I wanted to hang up on her. What a B..... I'm sure she wants sales and growth for her company and supports her sales force, but if you approach this witch on your product, she calls it "an invasion of privacy"! Brook you are in the wrong business. Treat people with respect and get off your high horse.

Without going into a VERY long story, I will just say this location seems to have very sincere employees NONE of which can actually do ANYTHING to help u if u happen to spend thousands on the nicest tv out there at the time of your purchase and it breaks in less than a year! But they will definitely sell u their extended warranty!!! However u will go WEEKS without anyone EVEN looking at your tv Bc of course u live outside of where geek squad actually goes (yes there is a definite limit to where that great help with geek squad is available when u really need it!!!!!) so of course they cannot b held accountable for the third party THEY referred me to Bc rather than stand behind the crappy well over $ 2000 tv they sold me I can wait weeks literally weeks (not two but four weeks before technician even looks at it!) Bc it falls in the one year manufacturers warranty, this store again is horrible will tell u anything to sell u something and then when time to delivery with problem the store has NOT one employee that can help u.....BUT THEY WILL B HAPPY TO LOOK INTO IT AND TOTALLY UNDERSTAND YOUR FRUSTRATION ALTHOUGH they can in reality do nothing to make it acceptable....I hope Panasonic will eventually come thru, beware!
