I saw the review below and felt compelled to respond. I am on the Board of Directors for a community managed by PPM, specifically Lynn Peed. We have worked with Lynn and PPM for over 10 years. I have never, as a homeowner or a board member, felt that we have received anything but excellent customer service from PPM. We can always count on Lynn to perform due diligence in all of her tasks. It is quite comforting as a Board member to know the job is being done right. Of course, property management is often a business of complaints (something I learned quickly on the Board); however, Lynn would never bad-mouth another board member, homeowner, or vendor to myself or anyone else on the Board. If this individual is not happy with PPM and Lynn then they will not be happy with any management company.
