This Wendy's USED TO have good food and good service.Today I can't say how the food is because I didn't get any, but the service was the worst I have ever seen - anywhere! I came to the Radcliff Wendy's for lunch about 1:40pm on Monday 4/16. When I came in there was no one at the counter but that was OK because I needed a minute to decide exactly what I would order. I read the menu and made up my mind, but there was STILL no one at the counter. There was one girl standing in the area between the grill and the counter; I know she saw me standing there waiting but she ignored me. After a couple minutes, a young man walked up to the cash register and stood there. I started to tell him what I wanted but his only response was "I don't take orders." At this point I told him that if he doesn't take orders maybe he should get the hell out of the way and let someone actually do their job. I didn't yell, but I did say it loud enough that I know anyone working there heard me. I don't know if there even was a "manager" anywhere in the restaurant - but still NO ONE bothered coming to see what was going on, so I left.
Watched managers and crew member getting high outside job sitting in a green truck they never clean the bathrooms food is being kept for hours just to avoid making waste all the managers are getting high jeremy Steven Tim crew members Thomas and Trevor all smoking in the storage shed told the GM and the store owner they dismissed it
Orders take forever to come out slow as a snail there's flies everywhere can all kinds of flies on the tables chairs walls on your food and you how can you eat in a place like this manager or the employees don't care about it
I visited this subway on a sunday and it was not very busy. There was literally 1 person ahead of me ordering a few things and one associate dealing with the line while another appeared to be tending the drive thru so I waited for about 15 minutes and no one even acknowledged that I was standing in line waiting so after I had waited to the point of frustration, I walked out because I found it rude that no one even bothered to say sorry for the wait or that they would help me in a minute. I got nothing so I walked out and this is the second time that has happened at this subway so I recommend that this subway learn some customer service and learn to acknowledge people and let them know that you see them waiting and that they're not being ignored. I will not visit this subway anytime soon unless they learn some actual customer service. Usually there is more than one subway in a city and I've noticed one always has horrendous customer service while the other is amazing. Yours was horrendous.
The owner and staff at both Radcliff Subway locations are always quick, efficient, friendly and patient for those of us who don't always know what we want right away, and the food is always excellent!
This Hardee's is my go to place for a quick take-out breakfast. The bacon egg and cheese and sausage egg and cheese biscuits are always fresh and hot. When I've had to wait only a short time on the rarest of occasions, they always offer a sincere apology. Their service and food is consistently first rate every time I've been there.
The owner of this subway is as bright as a box of rocks (sorry to the rocks) and needs to learn how to talk to his customers....and to be respectful to those spending money in his establishment... He piped up when the police got there and was disrespectful in front of them... lol ... a bit to his surprise when i wasn't scared to shut him down in front of them... I have no problem not ever going there again.... I'm happy that he has enough money to turn way 25.00+ a week from me... Not all of us in business are that well off, so good luck to him... as for the girls working there???? Well he don't deserve them...
