Patriot Nails

I've always had excellent manis/pedis at this salon! They take their time and ensure you're relaxed with extensive massages. They also use hot stones and paraffin on both hands and feet. Excellent service as well as excellent results. The best part...they don't use the drill to remove gel nails. No more expensive salons in Elizabethtown for me.

I LOVE Patriot Nails and won't go anywhere else! I have long REAL nails and they take VERY good care of them! When I broke one, they fixed it for FREE until my real one grew back out. They are very friendly and I never have to wait long for service. They do GREAT work!

Bought $120 in gift certificates which clearly stated “good for one year”. They refused to honor them saying they are only good for 6 months. Refused to give me refund and refused to allow me to speak to store owner. The man was VERY rude to me. They are crooks! I will never spend another cent there!

Just like the more recent comment, I had an AMAZING experience at Patriot Nails! The prices were phenomenal and the overall treatment was WAY more than what I was expecting. The staff joked and made the atmosphere light and fun. The only downside was that it was slightly busy and I came with a bunch of people so it took a minute to get to my treatment but even when I wasn’t being worked on, I was being taken care of. Overall, really nice place and will come back!

I notice the complaint posted is a few years old. So, I started going there in 2014. Their service is good, fair prices, and they DO give massages with lotion, Pedi's include hot wax, they buff your calluses and rough skin, exfoliating scrubs, etc... You get a LOT for a basic $25 Pedicure. Basic manicure includes hand massage, lotions. I have had excellent service there. When a nail broke, or my polish chipped they fixed for free. I went yesterday and they were very busy. They have a lot of regular customers, including me. I went to more expensive salons in Etown that did lesser quality Pedi's and mani's. Don't let an outdated review put you off. ;-)
