Absolute worst customer service on top of serving raw chicken. I ordered a chow mein thinking it would be a noodle dish. Okay, I was wrong, so I was going to suck it up and eat it. Problem was, the chicken wasn't edible--it was slimy, raw, and clear in most places because it WASN'T COOKED. I called to let the lady know that I thought my order was wrong and before I could explain she INSTANTLY went into a tirade about how I was "just calling to complain because I made the order wrong." I told her that I understood but the chicken wasn't edible and needed to be cooked more. She just went on and on about how "all the chicken is the same" and how I was calling to get free food because I made a mistake. I didn't need to make another trip for a few bucks, but she needed to see that they were serving raw food. I went into the restaurant and she ignored me and called another lady to help me. This lady came up, looked at the chicken, and told me there was nothing wrong except how I ordered. I told her if she cooked it more, I'd be more than happy to wait and take that dish back. Without a word but with a lot of attitude, she slammed open the register, handed me money, and turned around without a word. I turned to leave and then the lady I spoke to on the phone yelled, "you ordered wrong." Absolute ZERO clue how to run a business.
