Had a fantastic experience taking my kia Sorrento for a product recall. The service department went above and beyond in customer service. Additionally did a full inspection and completed additional services to get my car ready for the winter. I was unable to pick up my vehicle so the GM Keith z made sure to have his people drive my car home. Keith put my family and three small children first by not having the inconvenience of getting myself and children to the dealership. This is the dealership to go to! I recently purchased a 2013 kia soul and i could not be any happier with my services! Right from the beginning they were so kind and willing to work with us! they are about an hour and a half from where i live and i have a kia dealership 2 min away from me and i chose to go to this one bc of the ppl that work in it! the cars are all the same but the service you get is something you cant find anywhere else! they are super kind and genuine not pushing you towards anything and really really connect with their customres. My fiance and I are now looking to purchase another car from them for him and they are again being the best at their jobs. I will never go anywhere else for my cars except at Frank Boucher Kia! thats my place and Alicia is my fav. sales rep! :)

in a word, this dealership is outstanding! We purchased a 2012 Kia Sorento; we were very particular about color and trim level/features. Scott Westbrook went the extra mile locating the vehicle we wanted and finalizing the deal. I can honeslty say that this purchase was an entirely pleasant experience...unlike some of our past vehicle purchases. I stopped at this dealership to take a look at the new KIA Soul, which I have been researching online for the past few months. Scott Teigland approached me and asked if I had any questions. I told him I was just looking, he was VERY nice and PROFESSIONAL, he said what were you looking for, I told him the KIA Soul, but I didn't see any on the lot. He directed me towards them (they were all being washed). He asked if I wanted to take one out for a test drive (NO pressure), so I did. I was so amazed by the car, I decided to buy. The color that I wanted was not there, he located the color I wanted at another dealership (Alien Green), and had it there the next day. I give Scott 5 stars across the board, as well as the entire dealership. They made my wife and I feel VERY comfortable through the entire process. The general manager Keith was also a pleasure to work with. Hands down Frank Boucher has earned a customer in me for LIFE.
