I've seen a few commercials and finally decided to visit the store at Regency Mall in Racine, WI. I was greeted by a nice young lady named Esmeralda who was kind and very knowledgeable. I found a chaise that I fell in love with and she knew everything about it. Even where others like it were in the store and it's a big store. I then meet John who went out of his way checking all the beds to find out which ones came in a California King. While browsing I also got to meet Laura and Chuck who were both equally nice and all of them know their products well. As my kids were walking around a young lady named Michelle took them to a candy and ice cream bar that's Bob's Furniture has which made it easier for me to shop. I was quite pleased with the people and products and the prices can't be beat. I can easily say without a doubt that Bob's Furniture has a new loyal customer. Thank you to all the wonderful people there that made my shopping experience enjoyable! You will all definitely see me again!
