Garbage ass owner.....biggest schmuck on this planet....girlfriend bought a truck from there and 3 days later it was broke down....he informed her he would fix the issues and still 6 months later hasn't made an effort to even contact her! Stay away from this place as they are crooked and only out to rewind miles on vehicles and screw anybody they can......
very great place i recommend it....from milwaukee and i choose to go to jd byrier in racine..most prominent place to fix a vechical...ive tooken 3 cars of my own...never had a problem and if i did it was minor and they excepted it back to get fix without a complaint
Had a fantastic experience taking my kia Sorrento for a product recall. The service department went above and beyond in customer service. Additionally did a full inspection and completed additional services to get my car ready for the winter. I was unable to pick up my vehicle so the GM Keith z made sure to have his people drive my car home. Keith put my family and three small children first by not having the inconvenience of getting myself and children to the dealership. I purchased a 06 trailblazer. I was told all the check engine light error codes would be fixed. Sadly to say I bought the car and two days later it came on. I brought it to them and they said oh it must be something wrong with the security system. I know the check engine light has nothing to do with the security system. Came back on two days later. They said we will fix it. They put new sensors in but did not install them properly because after a week the engine light came on because they were not aligned properly. Getting them to do right by you is like pulling teeth. The mechanic is not even certified. They call you non stop to make sure your going to buy the car, but once you do they could care less what's wrong with the car even if they tell you they were going to fix the original problem before you buy it.

I purchased one of their cars. Within a few hours the check engine light came on. I had taken this car out a few times before I purchased it ,and the light did not go on. We had to make repairs to the emission system,the filler tube to the gas tank was busted, etc. The only conclusion my mechanic could make is that Discovery Motors had disconnected the check engine light to conceal the problems which cost me an additional $1200.00. .
Worst experience ever. I purchased a car from them in February and in less than a month I had to bring it in for problems with the radiator and the car over heating they "fixed" it and in 2 weeks I was back with the same problem and had to fight with them to get it in, in less than 2 weeks they finally took it in the next day and they "fixed" it again. 4 months later I took it to a different mechanic for the same problem again and paid $700 in repairs that were "overlooked" when I contacted VIP they were completely rude and could care less about the issue and the fact that it had been reoccurring since I bought the car, offered no service. I started having problems last week with the car again and took it in somewhere else because of the lack of customer service provided by VIP and the incompetence of their mechanic. I was told to bring it in to a Subaru dealership because the problem involved mass engine repair. I found out that I would have to have the entire engine repair along with a list of other things. I will NEVER purchase from them or recommend them to anyone, not my worst enemy. BUYER BEWARE
