After years of being a loyal customer, I was shocked to find that the new management of this station is just out to get your cash, They lack the customer service and professionalism that Sea Street Getty had become well known for.On my last visit I requested a very simple job and for them to check a light on my dash board. The simple job took at most 20 minutes...then I was told they "did not have time" to check the light today.I was charged the full hour labor rate...which had nearly doubled under the new management. And was told to expect to pay again, when they did find the time to check the light! I paid for an hour and they refused to give it to me!The old management NEVER would have treated me so badly. I strongly suggest staying far away from this station.
