My 2002 Ford exporer developed idle problem while I was visiting my parents. I brought it to Quirk to diagnose the issue. I am from out of town and I maintained my truck well. Otherwise, I would not have kept it for over 200000 miles. Quirk wold not help because of its high mileage and does not know its history. That is pretty lame. If I cannot get a Ford dealer to repair a Ford, where else would I get it fixed? Quirk gave me the impression that do not want to work on it because they want to leave early on Christmas eve.

I was in the market for a new Taurus and had been to many other dealerships but had not felt comfortable enough to make the purchase. The last dealership I went to was Quirk Ford in Quincy. I worked with Bobby Kulch and right away I felt I was in the right place. I know nothing about cars and had lots of questions that aggrevated other salesmen at pther dealerships but Bobby answered every inane question I had. I left the dealership feeling refreshed and confident.

Went with my son looking to purchase a new Escape. Asked to see the general sales manager. I like to get right to business as I had test driven the vehicle at another dealership. The GM turned out to be Mike Quirk, the brother of the owner. He treated me promptly and with respect. Quirk has a reputation for low price and they didn't disappoint. I had the deal I wanted in a very short period of time. I had decided to put the vehicle in my son's name. The finance manager, Nick King, was very efficient and by the time the paperwork was finished the car had been cleaned! I thought I would have to pick it up the next day, but instead we drove it home that day! A great time saver! Would recommend them to anybody!

5 Stars for Quirk Ford! First let me say that this dealership has to have the best customer service around. The second you walk in there they treat you like a king. I did my research before I headed down there from Boston and just like everyone said, Quirk had the best price by far. Also, there were no ""b.s. fees"" like another dealership had. I forget if he was the sales manager or the manage of store but Paul was great to work with answered all my questions about the car. The place was very busy but someone helped me right away. They were all business and got me in and out, no hassling, and I saved over $1800. You can't beat that.
