The alternative disposition is a guilty, ninety days in jail suspended for 2 years, (meaning if there is a probation violation then you are sentenced to 90 days) probation, fines, fees, and two week in patient alcohol treatment. All people convicted of a second offense are required to install an alcohol ignition interlock device.
