Quincy, Illinois. I have been dealing this this business for about 3 years now. They have been nothing but WONDERFUL to me. I dont have the best credit and for them to offer me a car with only $500 down was the best blessing ever. 9 free oil changes, and a great warranty is also amazing! Whenever something was wrong with my car they were quick to get me in and look at it in a timely manner. I even made a mistake on the time of a appointment by a hour and they still got me in. Will have my car paid off soon and plan on going here for my next vehicle. THANKS CREDIT PRO AUTOS!
I would not recommend your company to anyone..I was scammed into purchasing a car from Frank the car salesman in springfield,illinois...he told me all it needed was brakes and rotors.that was a lie..he sold me this car under false pretense to get a commission ...this car has major problems...they had this car for a week supposedly fixing it...costing me $20.00 to take a cb home from your business on Wabash ave here in springfield..it cost me $20.00 a day for 6 days to and from work in a cab...it cost $15.00 to and from the store for 3 days....i had to replace a head light...$50.00 ...the car still has the same problems it had when it has been in your shop 3 times..and we just got this car in February 2016....i have contacted the attorney general;s office and the BBB...there are lemon laws for used cars as well...i want all monies refunded to me that i have paid into this car and reimbursed for all cab fares and the for the repair of the headlight which they had to take the wheel and firewall off to replace it...
I have had the worst experience with this hell whole.Terry the owner is very rude and disrespectful. I have paid my high car note on time since the day I bought it but the time I needed to talk to him. He talked down to me like I was a insect he could step on. Buying a car from him is the worst thing I could do to myself and my kids.
