        The staff is friendly but I have to say of all the fast food restaurants in Quincy Wendy's has the worst counter service of any. The staff is disorganized and slow. As an example, I ordered chili the other day and stood there while two later orders with sandwiches, fries, and drinks that were served before me. Neither of the two orders were correct. They both bought them back for corrections. I was given my drink order with two sodas, one diet, and the server didn't know which was diet. He opened the lid, smelled one, put it back on my tray and said it was diet. I requested a new drink. As I observed all the orders taken before mine they had multiple mistakes each. I didn't see one order filled correctly. I am a frequent customer of this store and am always amazed at their inefficiency.
