That had been the fourth time for the same repair (water will not drain) we have another service call for the 30th of January. It cost us $15.00 to do the was in town. This most disappointing, it should have been fixed and be over with.

My Sears water softner was half filled with water. Upon calling to schedule a service call, I found the representative very difficult to understand and was told it would b 3 weeks until a service rep could get to my house. So, unable to find anyone else, I scheduled the appointment. The service rep was very nice and professional, however, he informed me the problem was the drainage hose on the unit and that he did not replace those, I would have to do that. I paid him his $104.00 and he was out the door. So, after a trip to the hardware store and 40 minutes later, I was hoping the problem was fixed. 4 days later the water softner was again half full of water, grrrr. I go through the same conversation with the scheduler and now must wait another 3 weeks for another service call, which is supposed to be free, we'll see about that. I did ask them to send another service rep as the first one apparently could not find the problem. I will NEVER buy another appliance from Sears nor will I purchase their home service warranty which they try their best to sell you at every opportunity. The only reason I called Sears on this water softner is because I could not find any other service rep who would work on a Sears water softner. I really hate to use Sears Service since they are so expensive and in this case can't seem to get the job done.

The gentleman that serviced my television was excellent. Very professional, polite and efficient. The contact personal were not so polite. The first lady I spoke to on the phone I must have interrupted her coffee break because she was rude and obnoxious with a hateful tone of voice. The second gentle man I spoke to was nice but I could hear his supervisor in the back ground telling him what to say. I thought wow no prior training and the supervisor is basically telling him to be firm and direct. The third lady I spoke to was very polite and professional with a pleasant tone of voice. My review keep the service tech and train the people that answer the phone initiatily how to talk and treat customers.
