Went to get phone fix because I had a problem with it and the girl that help me was rude as hell never well I go back ,had to go to another store to get help
I went there to add a number to my plan. My friend and I entered and were totally ignored for ten minutes, we were invisible. And then someone took my name and told me I'm fourth in line. We waited for a good hour and saw that customers who came after us were being served. I said to one of the associates "excuse me did you forget about us?" He said no and that he'll serve us next but my friend got really tired of waiting so we decided to leave. The door was closed as they were about to close so one of them came to open the door and he just said goodbye. No sorry no nothing. It was the worst customer service I've experienced. One star is one star too many. They all need a course in customer service as if you can't catch it from air like a virus. A virus that's also known as common sense, also known as being rude is bad business. I'm considering using another carrier now and I used tmobile for the past 6 years.
