Eric has always been exceptionally professional & helpful to our family. I have to share that one night our baby and I were trapped in a major intersection when my car just turned out. I was terrified we'd be hit and was scrambling to unhook babyseat and run from car. I knew no one in town and in my panic I called STS hoping someone could tell me how to restart it. Eric went above & beyond anything he had to do for me and called a local tow company for me and helped me explain where I was to police. He could have just said he can't help, but he went that extra mile.

also, I was at their shop getting my car Inspected and worker had closed a convertibles hood and the glass accidentally broke. Eric came out and spoke to customer privately and took full responsibility for it happening in his shop and took care of ordering a new window & installing it for that customer. All of us in the lobby were so impressed with the immediate response & taking responsibility and making it right immediately!! That was so impressive. No excuses, no pointing fingers...just GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I tell everyone about STS and Eric just being a solid, honest everyday good guy and a true professional. Rare to find good honest people these days.

Superb. Great Service in fact. I requested that my van be checked over so I could know whether we could take it on a trip or if it had any major things wrong. They spent a long time on it, going over everything and even provided me with a very detailed printout of the "health" of my machine. Very friendly and knowledgeable and go above and beyond.

Friendly Good value service

Too often we complain about poor customer service and forget to provide compliments when there is good customer service. I wanted to take a moment to say thank you to a rep at STS Tires who went above and beyond. I arrived early Saturday morning with no appointment and was greeted by Eric. I was looking to replace 4 tires for my 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee Sport. Eric informed me that my 2 rear tires were in great shape and did not need replacing. He suggested I only replace the 2 front tires as they were truly in bad shape. I went in expecting to pay roughly $475 and left only spending $266. I am a single parent who dreads going into any service center as I expect to be ripped off and sold unnecessary parts and or service for my vehicle. This was truly not the case. Not only did he only sell me what I needed but he even noticed a rear tail light that was out and checked it for me. At no charge her found it to be loose wires and fixed my tail light. I cannot say enough about the care and service I received. I plan to spread the word of the excellent service and care offered by Eric and the rest of the team at STS Tires in Quakertown, PA.
