Star Buick-Cadillac-GMC Certified Service

The service department deserves zero stars. I had a vehicle in for a set of tires and an alignment, I decided to have state inspection done. They found a number of marginal problems that cost over a grand. They also changed the oil that I never requested. I had another vehicle in for repair 3 times for the same issue. On another occasion I used their shuttle service, I waited an hour outside of work until my wife noticed they were at my home. Unless you are willing to spend lots more for unnecessary and mediocre work, I suggest you go elsewhere. They WILL rip you off.

Charged when no service performed, just an attempt to add furthur charges by recommending non-necessary repairs.
