I have written 2 reviews in my life and this is one of them.I'm not scared of much and I have a pretty high pain tolerance, however, when it comes to my teeth, I turn into a big, giant baby! Let's face it, even the thought of a hygienist flossing my teeth has me filled with anxiety! Now that I've painted the not-so-pretty picture of my fear, you can imagine my nightmare when I was told I needed a tooth extracted and an implant put in! ~the terror! In walks Dr. Sydney Lyons...Words can't completely describe my unbelievably, amazing experience! (and truthfully, because I'm not one who knows their way with words)Let me try to explain...The staff, especially Gabby, couldn't be more warm or welcoming, the feeling of walking into a room greeted by your own family. Professional - Yes! Smart - Incredibly!Funny - Absolutely!Caring - the Most!Dr. Lyons, knowing I was scared, patiently explained the procedure, Gabby went over options for my anxiety and before I knew it, the tooth was out, implant in, stitched up and my appointment was done! I felt NO pain at all! They gave me information on post-procedure directions and insisted I call with any questions. I guess if I'd have to use one word to describe the appointment, it would be WoW! So, now I feel like a big fool for being so scared! It wasn't terrifying...it was fine! Thank you so much Dr. Lyons, Gabby and staff! Now I know why they call you the #ToothWhisperer!Rachael
