If you want to avoid entering the hosting hell dimension, here are 10 potential entertaining glitches, and how to avoid them.
Stood in store waiting area for over 5 minutes before anybody even noticed. Saw walking around back playing on her Phone and then took 4ever to cut pizzas and box before finally noticing anyone was there to order.
The red lion inn is one of the worst places ever. I have lived above the restaurant in the rooms upstairs and I have eaten there once and that will be the last time. We waited for over ten minutes for our drinks to come and when they did they messed the order up and then we waited for over an hour for our food to get there. When it came the plates where so hot and the food wasn't even the greatest. When we were leaving the owner Jan saw us and screamed at us telling us we owed her $100 yet for our rent even though we moved out a half a month before going to eat there. She followed us out to the parking lot and stood in front of our truck telling us we couldn't leave till she got her d*mn money. We could tell she was drunk because she couldn't even stand up straight and her words were slurred. When it came to living in the rooms upstairs it was the worst. You have to walk up the fire escapes to get upstairs and she charges everyone there a different amount of rent. She charges an extra $100 just to have an air conditioner in the room. She told us she does not allow smoking upstairs so my boyfriend would go outside to smoke but the night we decided would be our last we found a bed bug in our room and when we informed her about it she came up cursing us out and telling us we brought it in and then yelled at my boyfriend about smoking in the room when he was not all because his cigerates were on the dresser. The day we were moving our stuff out she walked into our room while we were packing and asked for our keys which had the swipes to get back into the door downstairs to come back up. I had to sit outside with the door cracked up just so we could get our stuff out. When we finished we found a silver fish in the room and a bunch of tiny red ants. Earlier that week she had yelled at the old man across the hall from us and told him he had to be out that Sunday or she would put a dead bolt on his door even though he had already paid for the month of September and this was the end of August. I will never recommend this place to anyone and I will never go back there. The owner is a drunk and very nasty women. This is not how a owner of a business should act.
The food is amazing, and reasonably priced! The service is out of this world. Now, the manager does have a bit of an attitude, but hey. They even support panther card!
best cheese steaks around. tip streak, not chopped garbage. everything is authentic Italian. can't say enough about the food.
I was at The Eatery on 309 for my third time in a week and I have to say. That the food is the best part of the whole place. Now as for the people taking orders, they are doing a lot better then two days ago, I love walking in and seeing smiles on the workers faces. I even talked to one of the cooks about my order and how I would like it done. They will last there for many years. It's funny on Saturday there were three people in the back making food and took 20mims to get 2 orders done then a fourth man comes out and two people leave him with one person helping and it takes him 20mins to get 10 orders out. 5more of the short guy and you will be set. Thanks
Brick Tavern Inn is a quaint restaurant that makes you feel at home. The service and food are great – but I do feel like it is a *little* over-priced. That could just be because I’m very stingy. The part of this restaurant that makes it stand out is their back patio seating – with overhead fans and beautiful flowers, you’ll never want to go back home!
