You need to put more info here.

Otherwise, whisper. Apartments can hear everything.

Beware of pipe openings under bathroom sink and kitchen sink and vents. Sound goes through the apartment below. Beware of adjoining walls.


Turn the radio or tv up when you want to talk privately and sort of whisper.


If u know what times they go out of the house or when they are at work, save your conversations til then.


Sorry, but that is what happens in apartment and condo living.

I would move since as long as they cant serve you or you live in another jurisdiction the procedures will stop but the courts may find against you but it is a tort issue therefore after the verdict if against you you can file bankruptcy and or just do nothing but shield your money all judgments fall off every 10 years and the three credit bureaus are no longer using them for credit standing since so many lost their credit in the 08 collapse. You can't use the fact that the insurance didn't pay that's between you and them not the other party and them so it depends on how far you want to go with it
