I'm not a veterinarian, but bloody diarrhea in dogs can be a serious symptom that should not be ignored. It could indicate a variety of illnesses or conditions, including infections, parasites, dietary issues, or more severe conditions.

Considering that she has been vomiting for two days and now has bloody diarrhea, it is strongly recommended to seek veterinary attention as soon as possible. A veterinarian will be able to assess her condition, diagnose the underlying cause, and provide appropriate treatment.

If you're short of money, you could consider reaching out to local animal shelters or veterinary clinics to see if they have any low-cost options or payment plans available. Additionally, some organizations provide financial aid for pet owners in need. You could search online for organizations or charities that may be able to assist you financially.

However, it's important to prioritize your dog's health and find a way to seek professional veterinary help. Delaying treatment for potentially serious conditions can lead to complications or more extensive treatments down the line.

Please consult a veterinarian for advice specific to your dog's situation.
