First they posted a car on the by owner area of craigslist and did not specify they were a dealer. I was at work and was texting the number and they were being very short replies and rude telling me to just call them. Felt like the answers about the car were lies. I call the next day and thats when I findout he is a dealer. I brushed it off and set an appointment then I forgot to ask for a VIN to check carfax so I just txtd asking. Exact reply was why do you want the carfax if you want to come down and look at it besides always texting about it.Very rude and unprofessional.
with any dealership, its a hit or miss, i have been to some crappy used lots, been to a few good ones, my personal experience was great and got the dream truck i wanted. A 2002 Chevy Silverado Duramax Diesel with the lift and big tires, leather interior, low miles, my sales guy Morty was great, went for a test drive and then did my paperwork. I don't have perfect credit, but Adam spent an hour looking for the right deal, got one, and got my rig for 15,500 @ 6% interest, and thats with not the best credit...and all my off road buddies and co workers were shocked i got this rig for a great price with such low miles and in great condition. I took it up to my buddy who runs a mechanic shop and he said was a great buy. I also grew up around cars and trucks, so i knew what to look at and for, haven't had an issue with my new rig.
Me and my husband came in looking for a specific Nissan and they sold them before we made it in but we fell in love with a 4runner they had on the lot and couldn't pass it up! We dealt with Brady and Jason, both of them were so great, honest, friendly, and definitely not pushy! The whole process was great. Definitely would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for used but great condition vehicles!! :)
Traded in our Suv for a truck and they made the process really easy and were pleasant to work with. Would go to them again!
Super smooth process in buying a car. They specialize in trucks but happened on a mini that fit our needs. Great trade in value, purchase price and interest rate.
It is rare that I take the time to do a review . Went to Puyallup Car And Truck to look at a 1 ton flatbed for my business. It would not work for what I needed but I still ended up leaving with a new vehicle. I have to say experience was great. The main reason for this was the salesman Tyler Happ. While I was looking at the truck with Jayson the store manager Tyler was talking to my wife . He gave her an espresso from their espresso machine which I had one later it was awesome and then proceeded to show her suburban that she had spotted on the lot. He is a credit to their company; Patient, knowledgeable, polite and just a really nice person. My wife talked me into taking a test drive in the suburban with her and Tyler. During the test drive we fell in love with the suburban. When we go back to store my wife informed me that we were going home with a new suburban. Tyler and Jayson made the whole process easy. I will be recommending them to my family and friends. Thank you guys!!!! Kent & Lori
I had a good experience with Jason and Larry. Jason responded fast to my emails and Larry is who I test drove my vehicle with. It was a very easy buying experience and I really felt no pressure. I think all we want as consumers is no BS, hassle-free, shopping experience (which seems to be rare when shopping for a car) and that is what I got.
I was looking to buy a USED pickup, I did a lot of research on vehicles prior to the purchase. I am very picky and I drive back and forth to North Dakota often, so wanted a quality rig, but could not see paying the price for a NEW one! I live about half way between Seattle and Portland, so my wife and I spent the better part of four day's going to almost evey car lot between Federal Way and Oregon City(just south of Portland). Puyallup Car and Truck was one of the first one's we had went to. It was late in the evening, close to closing time on a Saturday, but they took extra time with us and did not rush us (we ended up being there at least an hour past closing). By the time we had been to all of these car lots we were very frustrated with looking at what usually ended up being high priced and low quality vehicles and high pressure salesmen. After all the comparisons, we went back to Puyallup Car and Truck because they had rigs that fit what we were looking for, at a reasonable price. I bought a very nice condition, low mileage F-350 Lariat 4x4 from them. I have had it for about a month now. It has been very reliable and has been every thing that it was suppose to be. If you look at the quality of vehicles that they have on their lot, it is not one or two nice rigs among a bunch of lower quality rigs. They have a good selection of very good quality vehicles. Patrick and Jason were both very good to work with. As with anything, if you buy USED instead of NEW....do your research and buy accordingly. But remember, WHEN YOU BUY A USED VEHICLE YOU ARE NOT PAYING A NEW CAR PRICE. Bottom line, YES I recommend them and would buy another vehicle from them.
I went to practically every dealer in & around Puyallup before I found my new Jeep at Puyallup Car and Truck. There were no games, my salesman Morty treated me with respect & actually went out of his way to make sure I got the deal I wanted. Adam was able to get me a low-interest loan & a payment that fit my budget. I will refer anyone looking for a vehicle to these guys, THEY WERE GREAT !!!
This place is great! I suggest buying a car, jeep, truck, SUV, ETC from Puyallup Car And Truck if you're looking for functional used vehicles. Never been to a used car and truck dealership better than here!
