Puyallup, WA Pedicure

Best nails salon I have ever seen in Puyallup, WA during my short trip . The salon is best in sanitation and decoration and designs too ! Highly recommended !

my first experience was not bad, but my second was terrible. I called before hand for a nail repair and they said I could come in, so I did. They made me wait about an hour before getting to me. The lady did a COMPLETELY different shape. My nails were originally coffin shaped but my repaired nail is now almond shaped. She was also rushing and flooded my cuticle with polish and did a terrible filing job, then proceeded to CHARGE me for it (when it was supposed to be free) AND SCAMMED ME!!! I was supposed to get $17 back but she took $3 for herself (charged me $6 in all) and I ended up getting only $14 back. Now, mind you, I am a high schooler and most likely did this because I am a minor. Overall, horrible (x100000) experience & won’t be going back ever.

They do an awful job. The tips aren't even. They rush through it. You're finger nails will hurt super bad after they deal with them. The owner is extremely rude and unprofessional. If you ask them to fix anything they get mad and the rest of your nails look awful. They charge way too much for the poor quality, if you say anything to them they get defensive, you ask to talk to the owner and she will Yell at you, and tell you that you expect too much. As far as I'm concerned it's not asking too much for your nail tips to be even, not to have polish all over your fingers, and to actually have a top coat applied. They won't give any kind of discount or refund if you're unhappy, they expect you to pay $60 for an awful nail job, my nine-year-old could've done my nails better.

Love this place I have been going here for a long time .I have been to other places but this one is clean and friendly get there early it gets really busy and you might have to wait .

I have been here before for a manicure and I saw them do a full set on a girl and they looked great. However, when I went in to get a full set this time Julie rushed through my nails. The acrylic is so coated on some of the nails it looks absolutely ridiculous. She left gouges when she was trying to file them down and you can see all the dings through the fingernail polish. I asked for almond-shaped tips and they are all different looking. My nails look absolutely ridiculous right now. I do a better job with press on nails.

Be cautious about this place. I had a terrible experience this morning when the young manicurist cut the side of my toe while snipping cuticle. The worst part was that he did not seem to understand that he needed to STOP. He acted like he just wanted to continue. There was no apology or even recognition that something had just gone terribly wrong. I had to stand up to leave and repeat several times that we could not continue the pedicure due to risk of infection. I know that all manicurists are required to be state-licensed, and I am not confident that this young man. Find a good, licensed manicurist somewhere else. This place is a nightmare. Stay away.

Have been a long time customer. Great service and always gets me in when I need a fill. Daughter likes it as well .

I have never been so upset! I left this place in tears! I'm a stay at home mother I have a two-year-old who unfortunately I have to bring when I get my nails done. When we first walked in she accidentally leaned up against the bulb around the window sill and broke it. I apologized I felt terrible! The owner was extremely rude and unprofessional as I'm apologizing she's just telling me how expensive it is. First thing she says to me is "what do you want " I said I would like a fill. Again the owner goes on telling me how expensive the bulb is as I continue to apologize, then I say I'll pay for it should I just go somewhere else this is ridiculous. When I left I signed my tab for $50 over and I told her and said I will make sure to leave a review and let everyone know how extremely rude you are she started to backpedal and say oh no no it wasn't rude. I said you know accidents happen the worst part is she brings her six-month-old son to work every day !

I friggin love my nails!!!! They gave me such great service, I was treated to a had massage and they where so careful, and kept asking if it hurt or if it was ok. Made sure the nail was the right shape and they painted them just how I wanted. Then got a pedicure and it was the best leg and foot massage of my life. Absolutely loved it, yes it was busy in there but they made sure I got plenty of attention and I felt very welcomed. I will NEVER go anyplace else again!!!!
