I have a sex offender living 50 steps from my home- where my granddaughter and grandsons, nieces and nephews visit. There are several young visitors to this Park and I am worried for their safety as well as for the safety of the single, elderly women who live alone here. I am quite concerned about his presence in this community. Several tenants have been the victim of his hostile and demeaning behaviors. I have filed complaints regarding his conduct with the Sheriff's Department and I have videos of his insulting and intimidating ranting. His conduct is one of harassment and degradation towards women. I am concerned for my safety and fear what he might do to me or my dog. His behavior has been violent and hostile in the past. He has interfered with my service dog and his wife faked a dog bite from my dog-all caught on video. I do not know what he is capable of, but with he has threatened me to the point that I filed a restraining order against him.In the case of the second of these people, The man lives 3 feet from my back door to my home. He is a convicted thief, he has been convicted of domestic violence, is a fugitive from Florida, and has four counts of assault 4 on his record. He has been written up for harassment by the sheriff, has been cited over 6 times for a dog at large and yet he is allowed to live here. The third person has a history of trespassing, surveilling, taking photos, eviction, filing multiple anti harassment orders that have never been issued, and has a restraining order against her. She has caused two tenants to move from the mobile home park and she still lives here.If you are considering moving to a nice 55+ Mobile Home Park That is safe, and enjoyable for seniors -THIS IS NOT THE PLACE.
Used to live there. Loved it till the new wardens showed up. Each lot now feels like a prison cell. Get out of line and the warden pays you a visit. I think he has major controlling issues, likes to confront the tenants on anything. Text book case for Napoleon complex. Most of the tenants there have their own name for the wardens. I wont mention them here though. Move in at you're own risk. You have been warned.
The park is great. I had lived there for quite some time. At one time I was in the bottom in the rvs and at one point for 7 plus years I was in the top. This park was nice. Pool and clubhouse. (Cold water in pool) (and clubhouse you had to pay for on the day) nice river walk behind the rvs and lots of grass for kids to play.
If I could go lower than 1 star I would. We have been dealing with a septic system problem in this park for years. We have lived directly behind this trailer park for 30 years and never had a problem until approx 3 years ago. I am sitting in my home unable to eat my dinner because of the waste smell coming from there. Yeah it makes me gag and I do have a problem with breathing the bacteria from their faulty septic. It's not even warm outside yet and experience tells me it will get worse with the onset of spring and summer. I do not plan on sitting back, this year, until I can't stand the air in my own yard. These people need to clean it up NOW. This is not only a nuisance it is a health hazard!
