        I will never again go to this ...

        I will never again go to this foot and ankle clinic. While I didn't have an issue with the doctor, I had a HUGE issue with the front desk and their lack of communications. It took my daughter four months to get her inserts. I was told I had a $250 deductable to pay, I was aware of this and this was no problem, I was also told the molds would take 6 weeks to complete. I was planning on paying my deductable when I picked up my daughters inserts. Five weeks later I get a statement that says my account is past due, I called the billing department and told them I haven’t even received my daughter’s inserts yet, I was told then, WE DON’T ORDER THE INSERTS UNTIL WE ARE PAID, I was upset to say the least as I thought the inserts would be completed soon. So I call the office to pay over the phone, I tell the receptionist I need to pay my account SO YOU CAN ORDER MY DAUGHTER’S INSERTS, first they transpose my credit card number and tell me my card declined, I repeat the information, then they get the expiration date wrong and again tells me my card declined, again I repeat the information, third time was a charm.

        Five weeks later, I get another statement saying I still owe $10 co-pay for my daughter’s original visit (which was paid in cash) and a three dollar finance charge was added to the bill. The next week I pick up my daughters inserts, I pay by card the $13 charge. Today, ten days later, I get a nasty gram (dated seven days after my payment) saying I still owe the $13 plus another $3 late charge.

        Just beware, ask questions and keep records…….. an exhausting journey

        Excellent care from Dr. Kamboj

        I am a runner and had a few problems with my feet over the last year and have seen Dr. Kamboj each time. He has done a great job with my ingrown toe nails and bunions of both feet. Now I am running without pain. I am very happy with the care I got from him and his clinic staff.
