        Overall

        shame on the hair salon. They get rid of their people and then the customer has to pay for it. I have had my girl for sometime now, and they cant tell me where i can find her or get her to call me for an appointment? Shame on you for treating your customers like second hand trash. Oh and now i cant leave this without giving you a star? well i dont want to

        I was shopping for dress shoes...

        I was shopping for dress shoes last night at JCP. I am 50 years old and have never had such TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE period!!! I make my living in sales and know how to treat people well... I will continue to buy my slacks and shirts there; however, I will NOT step foot in the shoe deptartment again!!!
