Bill Korum's Puyallup Nissan

I purchased a 2009 Nissan Altima in 2015. There was a problem with the gas tank door so it had to be fixed . There was a cargo net in the trunk of the vehicle upon purchasing it and unfortunately it was removed from the vehicle while being repaired and never returned. For one year, I have made eight trips to the dealership trying to get this resolved , I might add that it is a 100 miles round trip for a total of 800 miles! Always got a run around from the sales department, I emailed Bill Korum and received no response. I spoke with Denise on multiple occasions, nothing but broken promises, My last attempt was 2 weeks ago when talking to Luke Korum. He assured me it would be sent , well it never arrived. NEVER AGAIN will I do business with this dealership and this was my second purchase .............Can't be trusted to stand behind there word.

Great dealership. Internet sales department is by far one of the most helpful and dedicated with their no BS pricing. Would recommend to anyone looking for a Nissan or used quality vehicle. They will follow through with their commitments and make it happen.
