Go elsewhere. I called in and placed an order for 4 glass shelves, which were the final piece of the project I was working on. I got the call just before the weekend that they were ready for pick up. I paid, picked up, and headed home. When I opened up the wrapped glass, I discovered there were only 3 shelves. I immediately called them, but they had left the office early. They called me back the next day, and the woman who took my order apparently only ordered 3 of the 4 glass shelves, even though I paid for 4. With the holiday weekend, I had to wait nearly a week for the final glass shelf, with my project on hold. Since the store was about 20 minutes away, round trip of 40, I asked if they could either deliver or give me a discount equal to the gas for the extra trip out. The woman stuttered through some explanation that they don't do that, but said she would speak with the owner. The owner apparently is permanently unavailable, so the answer was no. Talk about passing the cost on to the customer. On top of that, I never even got an apology from the woman. She acknowledged that it was her fault, but after 3 conversations, she still never even said sorry. My project was delayed, I spent and extra 40 minutes of my time, and the cost of gas for their mistake. Well I'm sorry Meridian Glass, but I will not be using your business in the future.
