We had been to a Subaru dealership on the east side so we had an idea of what we wanted. After leaving the east side dealership, we both felt stressed and pressured, it was an uncomfortable experience. I knew I still wanted a Subaru for the safety reasons, having a baby and all. I came across the website for Subaru of Puyallup and emailed back and forth with Shelley. She was pressure free while still giving me current information and keeping me in the loop. Finally, our car died so we gave Subaru of Puyallup a visit. We could not be more thrilled with our experience!!! The second we arrived on the lot, we were approached by Brian Fuller. He was so helpful in giving us great options for our budget. We originally wanted a used car but he was able to work with the finance team and get us into a new car with a better warranty, and far less miles (6 toe exact!!), for a better price. The team stayed far past closing time to help us and we were able to leave that evening with our new car. I was walked through all of the features of the car and of the dealership for any services we may need. Brian even bought us dinner while we waited! We were updated with what was going on every step of the way, never left wondering. They were totally honest about everything. The whole staff at Subaru of Puyallup gets an A++ from us! The car business has been deemed a dirty and unsavory industry for years; Chevrolet of Puyallup is challenging that notion. Out SUV was on it's last leg and we needed a new car. When I visited the dealership Kevin Wagner, the salesman, was extremely helpful and knowledgable. He respected our budget and pointed, he helped us look up research on the vehicles we looked at, and made our decision easy. We decided on a new Chevy Malibu from our previous research coupled with the help from Kevin. He listened to our needs and delivered on his promises. I begin to explain how impressed I was with every step of the process. When he brought his manager out I assumed it would be the beginning of "the old car approach" but I was wrong. Dean, the manager, was kind and helped my wife and I decide which bank structure we wanted. No pressure, no gimmicks. When we went into finance I thought, again, here comes the pressure, but it wasn't there. Nicaela, the finance manager, was compassionate, explained our additional coverage options, and continued to make the purchase amazingly smooth. My view on auto dealers is forever changed and I will recommend Chevrolet of Puyallup to every person I know that is looking for a vehicle. I also never purchase another vehicle anywhere else.
My wife is super happy with her new Crosstrek. Let's just say she is not the easiest person to deal with, she changed her mind probably at least 10 times and Carl Watts was patient and found her a car she loves. As we were getting ready to leave with the car I noticed a few rock chips. Carl took some pictures and said he would have someone call us to fix it. A few days later (when it wasn't raining) I noticed there was more damage. If I wasn't in the industry I probably wouldn't have noticed the minor flaws. Not gonna lie, I figured I was SOL on this deal. I called Carl and he told me he would take care of everything. So, by 7pm that night my wife had another brand new car! Seriously, they wanted to make sure we were happy and not worrying about repairs on a new car, so they gave her the exact same make, model, year, color, everything was exactly the same. We will continue to let everyone know Carl Watts at Subaru of Puyallup is the guy to see if you want a truly stress-free car buying experience!
When they say stress free they really mean it. We were needing a new car due to my commute doubling and now was the perfect time. We had several friends recommend Subaru of Puyallup including my in laws. Kymberly Furhman and Heather Davis helped us along the way even though we came back three times to shop options, test drive and the hardest part was figuring out what color to get. In all my years of customer service and past experiences with car dealerships I am happy to say that Subaru of Puyallup is by far the best we have ever been to. Plus after shopping around at Subaru of Tacoma and getting a cranky old sales guy who didn't even know half the crap that the Subaru Impreza offers. Customer for life here. Already planning to buy our next Subaru Forester here in the next two years. The stress free price was better than the true car app too. They didn't have the specific car with the options we wanted so they personally drove over 100 miles to Burlington to get it here. Talk about amazing right there.
I live in Seattle and had visited a number of dealerships in the area, searching for a Forester equipped as I wanted. I found a 2017 Subaru Forester on Subaru of Puyallup web site. It matched my wish list exactly, including an excellent price. I called Subaru of Puyallup salesman, Dave Warmack. He immediately checked the Forester status finding it was ‘in transit’, expected to arrive at the dealership in several weeks. I immediately drove to Puyallup to meet Dave. He reserved the Forester for me, pending delivery. He answered all my questions and took me on a test drive to demonstrate the Forester features. Dave called in about 10 days, my new 2017 Subaru Forester had arrived. Dave provided an absolutely positive, stress free buying experience. I highly recommend Dave Warmack and Subaru of Puyallup if you are considering a new Subaru. Based on my experience I plan on using Subaru of Puyallup for my future maintenance even though I have to drive a bit further to their location.

Literally had the best experience here! George Mayfield is my go to guy when i need anything from Subaru. I have been in many times before and the stars were never aligned but he and i worked together and this past saturday i walked out with a 2016 Forrester! The deal was quick and painless and like no ever experience I have ever had. My last car i bough from Kia in Tacoma and spent ALL day there. I was at Subaru less than 2 hours from start to finish! They didn't waste my time and had everything in order without rushing me in or out. They answered every question and made sure that i was set before letting me loose into the wild. George is THE best and i strongly encourage you to go see him with any car needs!! He really needs to be a trainer because he knows how to make the customer experience out of this world! We LOVE Subaru of Puyallup. We have purchased our 3rd Subaru from them and each experience is better and better. Our regular salesperson retired, so we were introduced to Kimberlee Cade. She is amazing, knowledgeable and will do what it takes to make you happy. She went out of her way to provide us what we wanted. We walked in, knowing we needed to look at a new Forester, Kimberlee showed us options and carefully figured out what we wanted, when we didn't even know ourselves! She patiently explained the nuanced differences between the models and when we decided, of course there weren't any in stock. She found one that was already on it's way, with everything we wanted, including the perfect color! Kimberlee kept us updated on it's arrival and lo-and-behold we were the proud owners of a 2017 Subaru Forester Limited in no time! My husband and I recently purchased a brand new Rav 4 and after just a month decided it was not the car for us. After lots of research we had it narrowed our new new car search down to a few choices. A new Subaru was on the list. We already have a 2014 Forester that we love, but I was not sure we needed another. I had a Pontiac Grand Prix that needed some pretty serious repairs, so I had it brought here to be looked at. It turned out the repairs were going to be too expensive to be worth doing, so I checked the pre-owned inventory online and found a few cars that fit my needs. I came into the dealership that evening and met with STEVEN BACKMAN. He was very familiar with the inventory and quickly took me around the lot to the cars I was interested in. While walking around, he was very pleasant and easy going. I never felt pressured or steered in a certain direction, OR upsold to something out of the price range I told him I wanted to stay at in the beginning. Steven was very quick getting all the paperwork ready, and accommodating letting me come back the following day to make the payment and finalize the deal.
