My wife and I had an awful experience at this store yesterday. Carly was our cashier and took forever to look up an advertised sale price on kids books and was rude making condescending remarks during checkout. She acted like helping us was a total inconvenience. We shop here all the time, but this has made us think we should shop somewhere else.
Seriously? Where are the days of quality customer service? I spend thousands upon thousands of dollars a year on necessary medication. I called up to have a refill filled, they said it would be ready in 30 minutes.i sent my husband in to pick it up and they said it was scheduled to be filled tomorrow. ??? What??? Why???? Why couldn't they calledMe back to inform me of this? Why did my husband have to wait and waste a trip down there when someone would have a) told me when I called it wouldn't be ready until tomorrow or b,) when they realized they didn't have enough of the med take ten seconds and call me back letting me know and offering me a partial refil or the option to pick it up tomorrow. Instead you waste my time, my husbands time be aside you were to lazy to call me or verify the quantity of the medication before hanging up the phone. Seriously out of patience for stupid people who do not value my business! End rant!
