Friendly warning to those that might be considering this car wash.Me and my husband stopped by here Friday afternoon to use the vacuums. The first vacuum he used had absolutely no suction, we decided to give it one more try and go to the other set we had the same luck they didn't even pick up the dirt on the floors. I looked around for a number to call finally found one called and left a voicemail. I tried calling again this morning someone answer this time. The guys first reaction was well if you had a issue why didn't you ask me for help I saw you vacuuming. Mind you I didn't touch the vacuums my husband was, he insisted on arguing with me that he saw me and I should have asked him for help. I stated that he must have seen someone else that I was obviously not alone like the person he states he saw and he was not there to offer help. Ever so rudely he then tells me well I'll be there tomorrow you can get a refund on one vacuum use not both. First off we have it the benefit of the doubt and got ripped off on two, secondly why would I want to meet anyone yet alone a business manager that was so rude?. All and all just a warning from my bad experience.
Complaint: I have used this car wash company for years The employees even know me and my vehicle. Also, they know not to use hand-held brushes on my car. Based on the fact that every time I ran my car through, there would be no damage and the car wash did a decent job at cleaning my vehicle, but on this occasion, there was a line featuring about 8 cars going through the car wash. I got up to the cashier and paid, everything was normal. Until I went through the car wash and began to hear a loud noise hitting my truck. Repeatedly as the brushes of the machine struck my vehicle After the machine was finished I went out side and saw scrapes and chips on my truck. I immediately got the manager, who told me that they could hear the loud noise as well. I showed them the damage then I exchanged information, and got the owners name. They told me that he would call me in two hours or less. After a week I still had yet to receive a call from the owner. This is after me calling eight times, and being told excuse, after excuse. Whether it be the owner not picking up his phone, or him not being in town. The last and final phone call I made, I was told that the owner said that it was impossible for his car wash to do damage to my vehicle. He made this statement without even looking at my vehicle, or even communicating with me. Not a single phone call. For him to make that statement, really concerns me. Being that it is a car wash, where big trucks and cars drive through daily. That are coated and dirt, and have tires riddled with rocks. I was not even offered a refund. I wish I would've taken the time to look at his prior yelp reviews. It would've changed my choice to frequent his establishment. I am now taking legal action. I hope someone does not experience what I have had to go through. There will be a full investigation conductedon my behalf.Desired Settlement: I would like to get my car fixed and a refund
$5 Rainy Day Special: The two girls today were great and did a very nice prep wash. Its a great way to keep up on your car washing during the winter. Thank you Girls!
Terrible. Very lazy prep work no matter what price of service you order they'll pile cars up that will dry before anyone comes to dry them however they stop everything to go get the money from the cars in line Don't order the best get the cheapest you'll be better off
