Customer service is terrible. The female has a strong accent and is very rude and demanding.
The Rose Garden has always been my favorite place to order. I order and it comes hot and delicious. The food is the best. It is not greasy. We will always order from them.
Walked in and waited by the sign that said, wait to be seated. Waited for about 5 minutes before we just sat down. The waitress was loud and rude. She talked with an accent which made my ear hurt. She was not professional at all. The atmosphere was filled with loud talking between the staff workers in whatever language they spoke. My family had to wait and endure this for 20 to 30 minutes until we got our food. We asked if we could get it to go and the waitress started yelling to the people in the back and came back with Styrofoam plates. No thank you goodbye or anything. Just a bunch of pointing and chattering between the staff. It was the single worst experience at a resturant ever. Fast food joints have better service then that.
I've been to a lot of teriyaki places.....but this place has no customer service at all. I went in and both workers were no where to be found. Then I realized that the male and female that was smoking outside were the workers. I waited for about a minute before the female came and took my order. It was weird when she came to the front counter and just looked at me, her demeanor was like she was upset. She just stared at me like what the hell did I want. I ordered my food and waited. After several minutes my food was ready. I got up to the counter again and she just handed me my food. There was no thank you's or a hint of appreciation. Word of advice, you want people to come ot your restaurant, improve your customer service. There are many other teryaki joints around Puyallup/South Hill area, and the customer service there are way better. Teriyaki food is pretty much all the same, its how you treat your customers that will make them come back and spend their money.
