I had a similar experience about being charged $100 for diagnose but , they diagnosed the problem changed the part and then told me that part was not the problem. So, I spent $100 for diagnose,$200 for part to be changed and then they wanted $100 to investigate further to find the real problem. The woman was unspeakably nasty when I picked up. I had a coupon in the car and she would not even give me the keys. I filed a complaint with the better business bureau but, I wont see my money back. They are a bunch of crooks!!!!
