We are from Quebec. It is nice to be able to visit Charlotte RV and Marine and have Laurence interpret for us.

I tried selling my diesel pusher motor home at a dealer in Lee County, and it did not sell in a whole year! so, I brought it to Charlotte RV And Marine and they did a great job of photographing and video taping it. Their internet presentation of my motor home was better then I ever could imagine. My motor home sold in only 19 weeks after that. What a relief!

The convertible top on my Corvette needed to be replaced. Most shops charge extra for a Corvette, no matter what it needs, You charged a fair price. The service was excellent, I got in back in one day. And the technician was very friendly, but I can't remember his name. sorry.

Their body shop did work on my rv and I was happy with the results. I would highly recommend this company.

What a nice establishment you have and what a great venue for boat owners to sell their boats! Mark, my salesman, was great. I started my own business and ran it for 35 years before retiring to Punta Gorda over a year ago, so I do have a good understanding of business. Folks like you at Charlotte Marine and RV really go the extra mile to take care of your people. The boat and trailer I bought from you are exceptional and were delivered within 6 days of purchase. Very happy with your staff and the quality of service I received.

I knew from day one when I came in with my daughter you were sincere when you told us you would help me and my RV. In today’s world not many people really care anymore! It’s all about them and the money. You are definitely “different” and I want you to know how much I appreciate your help. We had some issues with other RV repair places. They couldn't quite get the job done right. When we came to Charlotte RV we hoped they would be the ones to do it and they did. Estimates were accurate and the kept us informed along the way. When they were done they went over the work they did and we were happy with everything by the time we left. The work is good and so is the service. Highly recommended.

They did so much to help us out and we're so thankful for their efforts. They listened to what we needed and they delivered.

These guys were the great as far as selling the boat.. Now that said , the customer service was the worst I have ever experienced...As of today 02/12/2013 I still have not been paid for a boat that was sold on 1/11/2013.. I was almost never called.. I had to go in or call about everything on the boat ...I never got calls returned I was never left messages nothing.. the boats gone to the new owner the marina has there money the bank has there's I have nothing...I was told I would be paid within 10 working days of the sale of the boat... you can do the math its been way more then 10 working days.....its been over 1 monthcalendar days... So in my opinion I would save your self the $1000.00 like I was charged for selling the boat and sell it your self these guys were no help to me Im now told another week before I get my money.. I highly do NOT recommend this place for consignments unless you can wait months to get your money 10 thumbs down...

They were great to deal with for the purchase of our first RV. I was pleased with all that I dealt with. Everyone was more than willing to answer all of my questions, they were all answered before I left the lot. I would do business with these folks again!

I want to thank you for your work on my recently purchased Bayliner. I was glad to see you guys go out of your way to earn my satisfaction and adhere to your commitments, not to mention standing behind the stuff you sell.

I wanted to let everyone reading this know that we greatly appreciate the staff at Charlotte RV and Marine because of the excellent results of them taking care of us after they sold us an RV. We will be recommending them to anybody who asks of our experience with them after we purchased our Winnebago.

I just wanted to say how satisfied we are with our recent experience with Charlotte RV. We had a long list of problems that were not all handled properly by other RV service centers. It's a long list so I won't go into detail, but I want to acknowledge the managers at this establishment for their excellence in service. They kept us informed of the progress, were always available when we called, and welcomed our visit to see how things were going. When completed, the bill did not exceed the estimate and they cleaned the entire motor home for us the day we picked it up! They left us with nothing to complain about! Actually being able to talk to the managers was the key to getting our RV property repaired. You can count on us recommending Charlotte RV to our friends and family too!

Thanks to all the great staff who helped fix our 5th wheel. We've received a lot of compliments on the skirtings and we're making it known where we had the work done!

You have a wonderful facility there and the best I have had my coach serviced at. They did a great job and Brian and Jack should be recognized as great and courteous people that are a great asset to the company.
