Garrod Enterprises

This is the worst drywall company I have ever worked with, and I have been in the construction business for years. They were not on time, and caused my job to be delayed by more than a week. This led to multiple extra charges from vendors for their lost days of work. In addition, they protected nothing. They charged extra to protect items such as cabinets, appliances, and tile, which I said I would protect. But they didn't protect windows, door trim, or concrete flooring. These items are part of the home, not additional items to be charged for. Their employees left cigarettes, and old food all over the house. They defaced a dumpster that didn't belong to them. They splattered drywall mud everywhere. In addition, they don't communicate with you at all. I called about 40 times only to get voicemail with no return calls. Overall, this was the worst experience I have ever had with a company!

Garrod's responded quickly to our call. We had damage to our kitchen ceiling from another contractor that couldn't fix it. They came in, gave us an estimate and fixed it on the spot . . . the same day!! The guys were extremely respectful and professional. I would hire them again in an instant.

I guess Garrod's is doing exceptionally well because they certainly were not interested in our business.

No follow-thru, no return e-mails, no return phone calls.

My husband thought it would be good to work with a local, family owned business to remodel our home. we visited their showroom, they said they would call to set up an appt., i e-mailed and left voice mail asking when we would hear from them.

NOTHING

Certainly not anyone we would want to do business with.
