Horrible experience.She looked at our home on Friday, 21 April 2017. She told us the appraisal will be ready either over the weekend or by Tuesday, 25 April 2017. She insisted that we pay her immediately. We wrote her a cheque for $350. Tuesday - No appraisal, no communication from her.Wednesday - Husband called (no response, left a message) and emailed her - No response.Thursday - Husband and myself called (no response, left a message) and emailed her - No response.Friday - I called (twice, no response, left a message) and emailed her again. She finally responded via text message and promised to call.Friday afternoon - She finally called back, had an excuse about why she didn't get it done. Promised it would be delivered Saturday, 29 April 2017 at 10am.Saturday - She didn't show up at 10am. Called her, no response, left a message. Texted her at 1pm. She finally responded. Again she had an excuse, she was only working on the appraisal now. Saturday, 6pm - She finally shows up with our appraisal. She was quick to cash our cheque - She cashed it first thing Monday morning, yet she didn't communicate with us or return any of our calls. I had to repeatedly call, text, and email her.She is very unprofessional. I understand that life happens and sometimes things don't get done on time BUT there is no excuse for not contacting a paying client and explaining the situation to them. She left us hanging for more than a week. Her appraisal that she finally gave us - numerous things incorrect on it, sloppy work, and not very impressive.We are very unhappy with her lack of service and response.
