This Novus on Eagleridge in Pueblo, was the absolute worst experience I have ever had with any business. I made an appointment to have my windshield repaired, and after going in, I was told I would have a 2 hour wait, which I was not told on the phone.. I WAITED! After having the repair done, my window rattled, and we had a horrific rain storm in Pueblo for two days, of which, I then found out that my window was not sealed properly, rain came in and damaged my headliner. I called to make another appt, came in, car to be checked, and was told again it would be another 2 hours (left the car at 1:00 they called me at 3:20) went in to pick up my car, asked what was going to be done about the damaged headliner, the front desk clerk(very rude btw) told me it was damaged before the repair to the window..IT WAS NOT DAMAGED BEFORE THE REPAIR! They refused to fix it, along with, told me the window had been resealed, and when I asked for an invoice for the new work done, the clerk went to the garage to get it, came back and after telling me it was resealed, she said that they didn't reseal it, and that it didn't need resealing!! I asked to see the manager, and she said he wasn't in, so I informed her I would be taking them to court because of the lies I had been told, the window not being installed correctly, and now the headliner was damaged.. (no damage was noted on my invoice, and the reason being, I had no damage to the headliner until after the poor installation of the windshied) AND all of a sudden the manager shows up, I guess because I said I would be taking them to court.... I STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU DO NOT GO TO THEM FOR ANY WINDOW REPAIR, YOU WILL BE TREATED HORRIBLE, YOU WILL BE CALLED A LIAR, AND THEY WILL DO NOTHING TO REPAIR OR ADMIT TO ANY MISTAKE THEY MAKE!! I am taking them to small claims court, they need to be responsible for their mistake!
