General Info
The mission of St. Therese Catholic School is to provide for the academic and spiritual growth and development of each student within an environment formed by the values of sacred scripture and the traditions of the Catholic Church. St. Therese Catholic School holds as a cornerstone belief that active parental involvement is essential for the academic success and spiritual well being of our children. We ensure academic achievement within a traditional liberal arts curriculum focused on pre-collegiate preparation, and built upon the the teachings of Catholic tradition while integrating underlying principles of rigor and reason. The Pre-School through twelfth grade instructional program is taught by a staff of certified/highly qualified teachers and the High School takes advantage of a "Blended Technology" model of online and onsite instruction. The school is led by an qualified and experienced principal.

"I Proudly Point to My Uniform ..."

I've been at St. Therese for the last 8 years and I have loved every moment of it. I wouldn't dream of graduating anywhere else. St. Therese has laid out a foundation of love, academics, and truth that will help me throughout my life. Every time someone asks me where I go to school, I proudly point to my uniform shirt and state "St. Therese Catholic School." Thank You St. Therese for the faith-filled education, the friendships, and the love.

St Therese provides an atmosphere of learning hand in hand with God. It allows each student the opportunity to learn about themselves spirituality as well as mentally and prepares them for a life of service to God and community. The teachers are the best and understand today's kids with today's needs. The addition of the High School program is the best blessing of all.

A Wonderful School With Strong Values

There may have been some problems with a past administration and some parents, who have moved on, but it's a great school today. I have had my kids going to this school (including the excellent preschool) for the past 8 years. We are not rich. We are working class. But we gladly make the commitment with our time and hard-earned money to ensure that our children receive a very strong education, in both academics and in their Catholic Faith. St. Therese is not a private school. It is a Diocesan Catholic School. It is full of good, working- class, families and caring, hard working children. The teachers are very good. The opportunities for Catholics to learn their faith are wonderful. Families with other faith traditions are welcome as well. Several parents have joined the Catholic faith during the time their children attended St. Therese Catholic School. It is a gem. They even have scholarships available to help with tuition for parents with lower incomes.

The Worst School I've Ever Attended

I have no knowledge whether or not this place changed, but St. Therese Catholic School is one of the most intolerant, elitist, racist institutions I've ever been forced to join. I am not against ALL Catholic schools; some of my best childhood memories were at John Neumann. However, this place in particular was run by bigoted opulence. The administration catered to loudest and richest parents instead of considering what was best for the students. Children of the rich were given no negative consequences while the less privileged students were shunned. There is something to be said for public education. It gives a view of the real world, instead of subjecting children to spoiled rich kids and their egocentric parents. If you do choose to enroll your children in a private school, it may be wise to try a more diverse, more impartial one.
