Overall

I spoke to Wanda today and she to be very nice.

I wanted to replace are older Rx discount cards with our newer ones because they offer deeper discounts and she said that she would be happy to discard our older cards. Thank You for reaching out and offering these cards to your patients.

Overall

The receptionist is the 1st person you see when you go into an office, and this one was very rude! Doesnt give a nice greeting, never smiles, and is always short with answers and acts put out to even be dealing with the public. I almost knew, I wasnt going to have a pleasant experience here. What I can say about this doctor is, she is a "special" kind..Not in a good way. I came to her with thoughts she would be very compassionate with me, since i am also a woman. I had bad womanly problems for yrs before I went to her to try and find out what was wrong. She immediately kicked my husband out of the room, and when I asked him to stay with me, she said "No he has to go" and then proceeded to stick me with a catheter and injected some kind of medicine that hurt so bad words cannot descibe. If anything keep my husband in the room with me for emotional support while you poke me all over, since i was scared and had no idea what was going on. The doctor never explained what was going on with me, what she was doing, nothing. The nurses talked more to me then she did. She said she didnt see anything wrong with me, so she just diagnosed me with an incurable disease called IC..Told me to read the paper, and follow a diet..That was it!! I also went for bladder treatments once a month for 6months to try and help me. I never seen the doctor ANY of the times i went, always a nurse. Doctor never even checked on me to see how i was feeling, or if these treatments were even helping. Finally, i stopped going because nothing was helping me, i felt she just wanted my money. (Mind you, I do not have insuarance, so I paid cash for everything, over 1000$ dollars)She then just prescribed me some depression pills and called it good. After a yr of takin pills, thinking they were helping me, i ran out and had to go back to doctor to get a re-fill. Walked in there, seen the doc for a min, she then walked away from me, stood in between the doorway, and said "i cant stay in here, your perfume stinks" and walked out of the room. I didnt even get a chance to talk with her about my disease or anything. I walked out of that room, and cried! This doctor is the rudest PERSON i have ever met in my life..always has acted put out by seeing her patients, never smiles, just an unpleasant person. I would never recommend anyone to her!

NIGHTMARE DOCTOR

MY HUSBAND WAS TRAUMATIZED. HE COULD NOT URINATE THIS WAS THE ONLY DOCTOR THE E.R. WOULD GIVE US A NAME FOR AS THE DOCTORS ARE ON A ROTATION AND YOU GET WHO IS UP. WE WENT IN THEY TRIED TO MAKE ME LEAVE THE ROOM I WOULD NOT. WE WERE TOLD THEY WOULD DO A SCOPE WE ASKED ABOUT BEING NUMBED UP OR SOMETHING. THE NURSE WAS AS VILE AS THE DOCTOR THEY LITERALLY BRUTELY RAMED THE SCOPE UP HIS PRIVATES TWISTING AND TURNING WITH NO THOUGHT OR CARE FOR HIS DISCOMFORT DID NOT TELL HIM WHAT TO EXPECT OR EXPLAIN WHY THIS WAS NECESSARY. HE HAS A HIGH PAIN TOLERANCE THIS BROUGHT TEARS AND HE ALMOST JUMPED OFF THE TABLE. THIS WOMAN DOCTOR SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO PRACTICE SHE WAS UNNECESSARILY RUFF AND DOWN RIGHT RUDE. IT WAS APPARENT THEY ENJOYED THE PAIN THEY INFLICTED. WE HAVE SINCE MET 3 OTHER MEN WITH THE SAME EXPERIENCE AS WE HAD.

UNLESS YOU HATE YOUR PARTNER KEEP THEM AWAY FROM DANA J. WEAVER-OSTERHOLTZ, M.D.
