        Overall

        This will be the third time in a year that my washer has had to be looked at. It's a Kenmore top load.... the Sears Repairman came on Sept. 6 and said he couldn't find anything wrong, it had been not working, it started working but I kept the appt. It took over a month for them to come, I was supposed to be seen in August 24 which was two weeks away then it was changed to September 6th. Now the maching won't finish running through the washing cycle AGAIN. I have to unplug it and wait hours to plug it back in to reset it to try to start a new wash. I was able to run a spin and rinse cycle but it doesn't sound like it's rinsing at all.... I ran a cleaning cycle and tried to use it again and it stopped again at the drain/begin rinse cycle.

        Sears service is excellent. So glad they recommend a yearly warranty check on their products. I will no longer buy from any other company
