From the moment we first called and talked to Christine, we were happy with the courtesy and service. Then Derek arrived and we were beyond pleased with how very polite, professional and thorough he was. Would definitely recommend Patterson Plumbing and Heating.
Technicians John V and Thomas C came out to help us determine the cause of a mysterious leak. They came during the time they said they would come and even sent a text to let us know they were on their way. They were upfront about how the process would go. They listened and examined the problem. They were professional, courteous and thorough. They answered all of our questions, explained the issue then offered their recommendations. We will most definitely call them again should any other problems arise.
It was altogether a professional experience. We will absolutely use them again in the future. They were prompt, diligent workers who went above and beyond. When you set up an appointment, they call you to make sure you're home before they send out the technician. They also text you a photo of the person that they're sending so that you don't accidentally let the wrong person into your house. When you set a time, they show up at that time. They keep you in the loop when they're working on stuff, and make sure that you're ok with any changes before they start on it. We originally planned a large project - pulling out all of the ancient plumbing in the walls of the bathrooms and replacing it. They started by drilling into the cement to find the spot to tie into, planning to work their way from the floor up. After they drilled, they found that the main waste was mostly disintegrated. They stopped their work, and showed us what they had found. They patiently explained the ramifications of what they found, worked out a few different options for solutions, and made sure to work within our budget. My husband and I decided to change our priorities and replace the main waste line instead of the other work we had planned. Mike, our serviceperson, seamlessly switched to the new job. They were tidy about their work, and always tried to leave us running water when they left for the evening. No one's ever thrilled to find new plumbing problems, but they made it as painless as possible and turned it into a great experience!
We had a very positive experience with Patterson and especially Mike McGee! We have an old, 1918 home with cast sewer piping that was continuously plugging and eventually backed up. It was an emergency, site unseen project and Mike called us (remote owners) and started explaining the worst case scenario down to the most likely. His estimate was bang on to the most likely. He clearer the old piping, flushed it with hot water, replaced the toilet wax seal and spent 3+ hours making sure everything was right for our 78 year old Mom. Thanks Mike M.! The White's.
The service I have received from Patterson Plumbing has been TERRIFIC!! We moved from the east to wonderful Pueblo Colorado, purchased our house which had a water system after about a year the original system failed. Not being from the area I needed to find a trust worthy business that could help with my needs....I contacted Patterson Plumbing they came to my home performed some tests and found that our system that came with the house failed. It was obvious as the water was orange. We discussed the options and before making a decision I contacted my brother who is a plumber back east. After giving him all the info I received from Patterson he agreed that although pricey that was the way to go. He also said the price they quoted us was a good fair price as back east would be more. It has been almost a year and we have had NO problems. John who works for Patterson put the system in and he was so very professional and did a wonderful job. Joe has come and tested the water , changed the filter and it was determined that we were able to make some small changes to use less salt. Joe is also a very professional knowledgeable tech. Growing up in a Plumbing, HVac environment I understood on the most part what John and Joe both were saying if I didn't understand I asked question and neither of them hesitated to explain it to me. I am VERY pleased with the service, price and professionalism I receive from Patterson Plumbing I would and have recommended this company to others as the work performed by the techs has been phenomenal.
John, Caleb, and Jonah had the huge task of replacing a 27-year old boiler in a 100-year old house and they did it with grace and ease. It was hard work, they showed up on time, ready to work, and with a smile determined to get it done right. And they did. Thanks guys for the hard work.
If you want a professional to do the job right, these are the people. Having lived in Pueblo just about 2+ years, I have not used another plumbing company. I use to work for a plumbing company and I know a thing or two. This is the 4th or 5th, maybe more, time I have called them to work on my house. This time it was a new hot water heater. One of those really cool ones that gives you endless hot water. Rich was handy and funny, Greg was his usual very helpful attitude. I really can not imagine working with anybody else. They are always kind and considerate of my house and me.
Wanting to let folks know that if you need a plumbing job done right the first time, call Patterson Plumbing FIRST. They recently completed a HUGE job when our main sewer line backed up into our basement and needed replacing. It was somewhat of an emergency. The men were so professional. They were here every morning for over a week. As I stated, a HUGE job. They worked hard, respected and treated my property as if it were their own. These young men became my "adopted sons," having to talk me off the ledge a few times! Watching your landscape that you've tended get "dug under," and having insurance tell you it's not covered can lead to a lot of emotions. These guys did everything to make the process as smooth as possible considering the circumstances.
I am a new home owner and Patterson plumbing did a great job. They had to replace all of my pipes. They were really reasonable with pricing. They helped us a lot and were very friendly. One of their technicians Greg did a great job I really recommend him and the company.
I'll start this review off by saying I was hesitant to call Patterson Plumbing last week, because I've heard about how pricy they could be, from word around town. Now I'll continue saying they did come with a price tag, but it was well worth it. My son put a toy car down our toilet and created the next level of blockage. I had Patterson come look at the problem, and not only did they properly diagnose the problem they also used a camera to look at my line out to the street and found an even bigger problem with a bunch of damn roots breaking in. The technician Eric put in a new clean out system, so we can clean it whenever. Needless to say I'm very satisfied and will be calling them back.
I called PPH for a leaky toilet, they had John come out the same day. Upon further inspection he found out that our problem was a lot more than a leaky toilet. He let us know that we had some sewer issues as well as some issues with our indoor plumbing. In order for everything to be fixed he and his team would have to dig up the yard and part of the street. As much of an inconvenience as it was, John, Greg, Rich, and Jerry made sure that it was done right and well before their projected time table. They also made sure that everything was working properly and was cleaned up before they left our home. John went above and beyond to make sure that we will not have any issues in the future. I will definitely recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work.
Horrible! I called because my furnace went out during the time we had all the cold and ice. The guy came and tried to sell me a new furnace and sd that the furnace wouldn't be compatible with the central air unit so that would also need replace and it would cost somewhere in the ballpark of 10k-14k! Seriously don't waste your time on these fraudsters only trying to make a buck and trying to take advantage of you. Call R Buck!
I had a very bad experience with the Plumber from Patterson Plumbing in Canon City. He was called to look at some plumbing at my rental house. He talked bad about me to my renters and tried to up sell a bunch of services that didn't need to be done. He wanted to charge more than twice what any other plumber in the area wanted. I will never do business with Patterson Plumbing again.
I'm only rating this one star because I can't rate any lower. My mom just bought a house with bathrooms upstairs and downstairs. The walkthrough went great, but then we had a problem with the downstairs bathroom. We were having backup sewage problems so we called Patterson plumbing. They lifted the toilet, snaked the pipes, they were quick and friendly and everything went great. Until a few days later (and i mean a few days literally)when we started to have the same problem. They had charged $488 for that visit. They came out again, snaked the pipes and this time at no charge since they were just there. Now, everyone knows that houses with big trees in or around their house will cause problems with pipes because their roots grow into them and things of that nature. So the guy said he would recommend putting in a 2-way out front for easier access for the plumbers to snake, but this would cost an estimate of $6,000, which my mom doesn't have since she just bought a house. He said this problem with the pipes will only happen over and over again until we did something major to fix it. But our neighbors also have big trees in their yards, and we don't see 2-ways in their yards nor are there plumbers at our neighbors' houses every other day. Well, It's not even a week later and once again we've got sewage backing up in the downstairs bathroom and laundry room. Thankfully my mom remembered a plumbing company that the house inspector had recommended. Turns out that Patterson plumbing didn't even have to pull the toilet up (which they charged us for, though there is a warranty on the ring and seal for the toilet, but not for the pipe snaking of course.) There's actually a place in the laundry room where the snake is supposed to be used, and we were informed that Patterson plumbing actually caused the backup the second time (which wasn't fixed leading to the 3rd time because they knocked a valve loose in the pipes, so it's sitting sideways in the pipe collecting toilet paper and everything else that's flushed. This company doesn't care about fixing any problem you have. They want you to spend more money, so they do unnecessary work and a half-assed job just so you keep calling them to come back and give them more money. And from what I've read from the other reviews, Patterson plumbing and heating are scam artists. They are dishonest and unfaithful. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.

i had a guy come and check my cooling system.he was friendly and seemed to know what he was talking about.he checked the system and said what he thought was wrong.i luckly asked a lot of questions/watched what he did.he got it working with a little capacitor and it worked but made a squeel.he said the squeel was a high dollar item and i was better off buying another unit for $4000-$5000.i asked for a quote on everything and while he was doing the quote i went in and looked on my computer,i found the one part that ended up being the problem for 50 times cheaper.when i went outside again i overheard him talking to someone about something like ""alright ill try and convice him he needs a new system"".the next day i found the part(capacitor)at a local store fixed the problem.the squeel came from the fan needing oil,his quote for a fan was 5 times as much as one costs and both fixes are easy.its obvious they prey on people who really need to cool their house and do not know much about hvac.
