        Overall

        New user, signed up for an account and for a fill up. Was told that I would have to pay for the gas that is already in the tank because they decided to not do their job and collect money for the gas at time of delivery (with previous tenant). I stated that the new tenant should not have to pay for the mistake their company made by not collecting at time of delivery. Was told they were collecting the tank tomorrow. Asked if they could wait until a week later because the new company cannot drop off the new tank until then and we need hot water for a family of 5... She said nope...we will pick it up when it is convenient for us.

        BlueFlame seems to be the most honest caring company I have seen in a long long time. I would like to thank them for a job well done!
