I'm not a review writer, but I have made accounts on all the review sites just to review them. Terrible place. Don't be desperate enough to live under them. Super unorganized, nit picky charging, and bad customer service. Truly not worth it.
If you are wanting or considering to rent from Aspen Ridge, you better reconsider. DO NOT DO IT. They are by far the WORST management I have ever worked with and rented from. They are so awfully rude, inconsiderate, dishonest, wilthy, and will do anything to get money from you. When I first moved in, my house was a disaster. I had asked them to come remove trash from the unit from the previous renters, they never did. So I had to do their work for them. When I moved out, I left that place a million times better than how I found it and they charged me over $350 for stuff that I wasn't responsible for. All I am saying is that it disgusts me that a business can run the way they do. They need to be shut down.

Property manager reviewI'd like to add my public review here. I've been looking for a place to rent, my contract ends this month. Howard with Management & Associates contacted me in a panic a week ago because a property I had inquired about just fell through with it's tenants. Howard was going away on vacation, but needed to lock down a new tenant before he left. I submitted the application to him same day, and spoke with his partner who told me everything looked great, and that when Howard gets back on April 4th, he would contact me for final review. He called me on Monday to verify some information and told me that he was finalizing paperwork and that I had the number 1 spot, based on the timeliness of my application submission. I tried calling him all day yesterday, and got no response. I called him this morning and got no response. While I was in a meeting this morning he called and left a voicemail telling me that I was "actually in the number 2 spot", and that the contract had been given away. I read his yellowpages review and now understand the experience.
Murphy at Aspen Ridge screwed my daughter out of a housing contract at BYU, with very unprofessional behavior. My daughter was looking for housing late in the game and was lucky to find a private room contract left for Fall. Murphy said he would hold the apartment for 24 hours. We drove an hour down to Provo to look at the unit, wanted it and asked to go to the office to sign the lease. He said no worries, we should just apply online. We drove the hour home and immediately emailed the application, and sent Murphy a text that we had done so....no response. We wait the weekend and call Monday, and were told her application was being processed. Call Tuesday, no response. Call back Wednesday and were told the unit was rented to someone else. Wow! Remarkably unethical behavior, Aspen Ridge. Thanks for not only screwing my daughter out of one of the few contacts left, but for also taking 5 days to do it.
REMS has been an excellent company. The staff is always nice and very helpful. The place was clean and very nice. Highly recommend!!!
Great customer service. Leasing agent was very respectful and took care of my needs as well as answered all my questions. She had complete knowledge of everything that I asked and made sure I left without any concerns.
Even though they admitted fault, they were completely unwilling to engage with tenents to find an amicable correction without engaging a third party mediator.
