I love Carl's Jr. The one in St. George has always been great. This Provo location seems to have very unhappy workers. I have gone about 4 times and it has been an unpleasant experience each time, attitude and accuracy. The last time I went they gave me a Diet Coke instead of the Diet Dr. Pepper I ordered. No biggie, mistakes happen. When I asked the young man if he would change it for the Diet Dr. Pepper he took it from me angrily without saying a word. He was shaking his head back and forth in anger as he filled my drink.
You can't even write a review and get it to post. Called and complained about my burger that for the last two times has just been terrible. Call manager....he said his name was Collin. He told me to come back next time for free sandwich. This location has declined really bad last couple years.
